If you need to count on someone to make sure your house is safe then call these guys. Best in the business as far as I'm concerned. They answered my call immediately and made me feel like they would help no matter what. They answered every question and did not make me feel stupid, like many other people in the trade business can do. The plumbers took care to keep our area clean and left it working perfectly.

Jules was recommended to me by a coworker as i had an underground waterleak in my townhome. He came out and acessed the damaged and made several recommendations on how he could/would proceed. We ended up doing a re-pipe of almost 50 year old pipes to avoid any further underground issues. While they were there i had him replace a toilet & install a tankless water heater. He was able to secure a roofer and drywall guy as well on very short notice. They did an excellent job, kept everything clean, and Jules was very communicative during the entire process. It was a breath of fresh air to work with a contractor that goes above and beyond. Would recommend to friends and family & neighbors for sure.

When these guys do the work it is great. They are a little pricey but I don't mind that if the work is good. My main issue is that they never want to actually come in and do the work. When I call they always have an excuse of why we are too far away. Sometimes they get annoyed because I call and it's been morning or evening. But the only reason I'm calling is because I had a plumbing emergency. If you don't want to do the work this far away then don't take the job originally. It doesn't help for you to make me feel bad that you have to do so much driving. It's Southern California, that kind of comes with the territory. I'm still in Orange County so I don't know why it was always such a big deal. Also, every thing I call he asks me who I am. They have done several jobs at our house. Save my info. It's not hard. Again work was always good so I would recommend them if you don't mind the scheduling being very loose and if you are close by. The most recent job was an emergency plumbing break we were kind of brushed off and it ended up being a huge job that they didn't get because they didn't want to drive to us. They're loss I guess.

I was having a leak that was getting progressively worse in my shower and it was driving me crazy! I was referred to Strompello Plumbing and it was literally probably the best plumbing experience I've ever had. Jules came out immediately and had everything that he needed on his truck. He was friendly, organized, and very clean which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend them and will absolutely use them in the future if I have any other plumbing needs!!
