I was told that a licensed plumber was coming to my home for some issues and to install a new dishwasher. Instead 2 unlicensed men were sent. After it became apparent they weren't going to get the plumbing up to code--maybe didn't know the code--and they chipped my kitchen counter in 3 places, I called the office and was told David--the licensed plumber would be out. After 2 hrs I called and David's wife, Joyce answered phone and said that David had never said he'd be out, he doesn't do little jobs like mine. Of course the other 2 had packed up and left as I wanted. I said OK, what is going to be done about my damaged kitchen counter and Joyce said """"her men"""" told her that I said it was OK if it got chipped. When I told her they said they'd glue the pieces back on, she said """"her men"""" wouldn't say anything like that. So I was left with none of my plumbing issues resolved, but now a chipped, damaged kitchen counter. Worse having done any business with Strait Plumbing.

I called them for leak detection. They are okay for very obvious leaks, but they don't use any equipment to find troublesome leaks. We have a wet area around our well which is getting worse and they weren't able to find anything. They basically walked back there and looked as I did and told me I didn't have a leak. I thought they would at least probe and dig to investigate further. All I got was a bill.

Awesome company. Very reasonable price, extremely nice, and the tech also immediately found the issue I had. Fixed it really quickly and did a quality, clean job too. Had another plumber out first and the quoted price was too high (I told them to get lost). This company did the same work at about 1/3 the price.
