Sam knows his business and a gas pipe that leaked a few months ago and shut off by sw gas was finally repaired before anything bad happen. When you deal with gas lines its automatically big money with the city and utility company involvement. Prompt knowledgeable and professional. High cost but it's done and signed off. Good honest company

Our water heater stopped working and needed to have the control valve replaced. These guys ""offered"" to fix it for $1,100. The part is about $150.00 and normally has to be ordered because hardly any businesses have it in stock. So, they wanted twice as much for the part...and $800 to install it. As an alternative they offered us a regular, not a hot water on demand type, water heater for $1,800. Buyer beware.

We used home advisor to find a company to repair a toilet flange. The first company came yesterday and my husband practically tossed that guy out. The husband wasn't sure about this next company. Well, a thousand stars to straight up plumbing and Austin.

Sadly I probably wouldn't have selected this company based on their lack of yelp reviews. Boy am I glad home advisor sent them my way. The company is fairly new. Don't let this discourage you. I will call this company any time without hesitation.

We had a text confirmation stating that a plumber would be here between 10 and 1. Austin arrived a little before 11 shortly after the text that he was on his way. This man came here to work. We showed him the toilet and he says I need to remove it so I can give you an estimate. Asked if this was a problem. No mention of a charge for this. In no time he had it up and gave us an estimate of $225.00. He ran for a part he needed did the job, cleaned up in under 2 hours and stuck to the estimate. Totally a professional and hard worker. He explained everything and answered all our questions.

The icing on The cake WOW, we have a one year warranty on the work, parts and labor. Thank you Austin and straight up plumbing. Excellent job, don't change anything. Keep doing what you're doing.

Best service I've received from a contractor, ever. Extremely courteous, prompt and has an excellent digital communication system to constantly advise of the status of my project, when the technician is in route, even when he had to leave briefly for a part. They were also honest and lived up to their quote, which neglected to include a particular cost so they absorbed the mistake. Easy online invoice, payment and receipt made it all easy and convenient. Straight Up Plumbing's technican Daniel SAVED THE DAY by coming in to give us a free estimate after another plumber gave us this story about having mold and actually set-up a mold remediation barrier in our bathroom immediately after their arrival. The other company told us we needed to submit a claim against our home insurance and if not, our whole house would be contaminated, and their estimate would be $6000+ out of pocket if we didn't file a home insurance claim. So then, after Daniel arrived, he recognized flaws in their story and told us honestly why their story seemed fishy, and after accessing our situation he said it was a simple fix and would only cost $125 and guaranteed his work. Daniel is friendly, knowledgable, and was extremely helpful in helping us to recognize how we were being taken. He worked quickly and showed us what our problem was and told us what to look for if we needed additional work. Daniel TRULY SAVED US from a total scam and for that he will be our life long plumber!! We recently acquired a condo in Vegas and we called Straight Up! to fix a bathtub leak that has been causing an issue for awhile now. The lady that answered the phone was polite and found an appointment time that fit into my schedule. The plumber that came out explained what was happening, why it was happening, and most importantly, how to get it to STOP happening!
