I recommend these guys over any other plumbing service . I was stressing out already had one fake Plumber come out . This guys came in and assess the problem in less than 15 minutes when it took the other guy three hours and still never figured it out .Please don't use any other plumber ! He was reasonable prices and he is very honest would not rip you off.

It's important that business owners interact with their customers in a professional manner, which means, not blowing up on a customer over an attempt to negotiate the price to match closer to the time. I tried to negotiate on the price and he assumed I didn't want to pay him, which I never said. He blew up on me over the phone and I couldn't get a word in. I apologized if I offended him for the sake of peace and he didn't even respond or apologize for his very unprofessional attitude of blowing up on me. Anyway, I would suggest he hire someone that knows how to handle customers in a professional manner, otherwise, it may bring a negative impact on the business in the long run.
Also would help if he took take card payments. Surprisingly, if someone is going to have a business, it's not difficult to get a square account for card transactions.
Never again. I'll pay extra elsewhere for professionalism.

I had a pipe burst under my concrete slab and Jesse came out and fixed the problem for me. He responded in a timely manner and was a straight shooter no BS! I will definitely recommend him to people I know, and he will be my go to guy from here on out.

We just bought our house and the plumbing underneath our kitchen sink was a mess. They had both the cold and hot water tied to the hot water line. So, the faucet only spilled out hot water. The lines were corroded and we couldn't turn iff the cutoff switch. We were desperate so we called Jesse Straight Shot Plumbing. He called us and let us know when he would be available the next day. Then called me to confirm he was on his way. He kept us informed the whole time. He came over and did a fantastic job. I've never seen a plumber work so hard in my life and he was honest, fair and he gave us a really good price so if you want a good reliable plumber call Jessie and straight shot. We have a Plumber we will be calling when something comes up next time. Rosie and Hai.

Do not use! I can't recommend Straight Shot as the owner was remarkably rude to me. The work was done. He texted asking my name and email so they could send invoice and receive payment. I texted him ""Property Management"" and my email address. Jesse then called and literally threatened me (including taking me to small claims), assuming I was not going to pay because the invoice was to Property Management. Please note that I had not yet received his invoice! I have never had someone be so rude to me for no reason. I had every intention of seeing this bill paid promptly, he simply assumed I wouldn't. I can't even describe how upsetting this was. I refused to speak to him again, as I literally felt threatened. When I spoke to his wife, she indicated he had reason to threaten me! Please do not support people who are rude, make assumptions, and threaten others. Their last text to me, after giving my credit card, was to say they would never work for me again. Such good business practice, since I literally paid the bill within hours of receiving it!

We had Jesse out several times before and was efficient and reasonable. HOWEVER, we recently tried to get him out for a clogged drain and he never returned our calls. I called him early one morning and talked to him. He hadn't checked his messages but made an appointment to come out. My wife changed her schedule to be there. No Jesse, no phone call. We called him the next day. He said he had been busy and apologized and made a new appointment ( my wife again changed her schedule to be there) that he never kept OR phoned us back. All he had to do was tell us he was too busy or take 30 seconds to call us and tell us he could not make it. We now have a new plumber who showed up the day after we phoned him. Straight Shot Plumbing gets zero stars for doing less than nothing. I am self employed too but even after a very long day, I would contact my customers promptly they had contacted me. If he can't handle this part off the business end, he needs to work for someone who can handle that part of the business end.

I had a break in the water line outside the house. EBMUD had to turn the water off at the main, so I had no water. I had used Straight shot before, so I called them again. Jesse was here within hours. By the next afternoon, the problem was located, dug out and repaired. Small thing, but Jesse and his associate took their shoes off before entering my house. Price was fair. Would definitely recommend Straight Shot.

Jesse was awesome and all I did was talk to him on the phone! He listened as I explained my problem very patiently, he was very informative and advised me enough that my boyfriend was able to clear the clog himself. He shared his knowledge freely rather than charging me for a consultation and was very understanding of my need to touch bases with my boyfriend before making a decision to have him come out. Professional, personable, and helpful, If I or anyone I know ever needs a plumber, he is who I wouldn't just recommend but urge them to call!
