I had a break in the water line outside the house. EBMUD had to turn the water off at the main, so I had no water. I had used Straight shot before, so I called them again. Jesse was here within hours. By the next afternoon, the problem was located, dug out and repaired. Small thing, but Jesse and his associate took their shoes off before entering my house. Price was fair. Would definitely recommend Straight Shot.

Jesse was awesome and all I did was talk to him on the phone! He listened as I explained my problem very patiently, he was very informative and advised me enough that my boyfriend was able to clear the clog himself. He shared his knowledge freely rather than charging me for a consultation and was very understanding of my need to touch bases with my boyfriend before making a decision to have him come out. Professional, personable, and helpful, If I or anyone I know ever needs a plumber, he is who I wouldn't just recommend but urge them to call!

Veteran friendly plumber who's compassionate, true to his bids, professional, quick and reliable! Two days before Christmas Eve 2016, PG&E shut my gas off due to a gas leak and flagged my house as hazard and in order to get the gas turned back on I needed to call a contractor or licensed plumber. I called a couple of plumbers at 6:30pm and no answers, so I continued down the Yelp list of 4 Stars plus and Jesse answered and came right over from San Rafael from another job and arrived an hour later, approximately 7:30pm. He and his crew diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes, he told me the quote of $600-$800 and was ready to fix the issue that night but I figured my home warranty would cover it since I've only owned the house less than a year so I let Jesse know I was going to call my home warranty and have them fix it. Jesse was very professional about it and told me what to tell the warranty plumbers to look for and test and didn't even charge me for coming out late at night to diagnose my gas leak. The warranty plumbers came out and diagnosed what Straight Shot Plumbing already diagnosed and let me know that this gas line replacement was not under my home warranty and that it would take a whole day with a full crew to replace the gas line and quoted me $1,800-$2,200, my mouth dropped. To make matters worse, I just picked up my best friend from the Navy and his family to spend the Holidays with me and we had no hot water or heat and the weather was 30-40 degrees for the entire week leading up to Christmas. I told the warranty plumber to beat it, called Jesse up. It took him a couple of hours to call me back because he was sick but sick or not, once I told him my situation, he was out there the next day, fixed the issue and even called PG&E for me and that afternoon we had heat and hot water thanks to Jesse and his crew and it didn't take him the whole day with a whole crew, it was all done within 3 hours with Jesse and 1 employee. What I most appreciate about Straight Shot Plumbing/Jesse and his crew is that once he found out I was a Veteran 10% discount right off the top because he appreciates the women and men who served and a lot of his family have served as well, but he also gave me additional discounts, maybe it was the Holiday season but I sure appreciated it; ultimately my bill came up to $600 and that was truly a blessing. I don't know if he will always offer discounts, but I know you will save $$ because Jesse is a working person's plumber whose not trying to clean your checking account out, he has 5 Stars rating for a reason. I hope I never have to call a plumber again, but if I do, Jesse and Straight Shot Plumbing will definitely be the one I call. Thanks Jesse and Straight Shot Plumbing, you made my Holiday party a success!

Jesse and his crew do a nice job. They are in and out quickly and provide professional services. He is true to his bids - can usually give you a hard bid onsite when he looks at the project and that price is fair and isn't going to change on your come final invoicing! I would not hesitate to call Jesse about any plumbing issue you may have. He knows his stuff!

The last thing I expected was to find a plumber to repair our under-slab hot water leak over a holiday weekend. No hot water for 5-1/2 days created a barrage of problems during this cold weather. But, thanks to yelp, I found Jesse, owner of Straight Shot Plumbing, after several calls to other companies that weren't able to come quickly. Jesse took time away from his family on New Years day to help us. He & Ed arrived at their scheduled time today, jackhammered thru to the leak, repaired it, & did a great cleanup job. Jesse checked out completely when I vetted him thru the Contractors State License Board & the Better Business Bureau (no complaints on either site) so save yourself the research trouble if you consider using him. We felt his pricing was very fair & are completely confident in recommending him to anyone looking for quality work. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!!!

Looked up reviews for plumbers in Nextdoor for the Concord, CA and saw good reviews for Jessie at Straight Shot Plumbing. I called late Friday afternoon and he answered while he was at the grocery store. As expected of most good businesses he was booked up for next week. I explained I was smelling sewer gases from under my house and he said he would squeeze me in between jobs if possible. To my surprise, he called the next morning and said finished up early on a job and could come over and inspected my problem. Within another hour or so he came back with the parts and fixed my broken waste line. He guaranteed his work for 1 year and his rates were reasonable especially for a weekend.

I was in search of a great plumber in a new area for any ongoing plumbing-related issues. Using Nextdoor, several helpful neighbors provided me with referrals for plumbers-this was awesome but made my decision more confusing. My plumbing issues were a toilet that wouldn't fill up with water and a shower that had no cold water.

I called around on a Wednesday night to 5 of the referrals after also reading their Yelp reviews and Jesse was the ONLY one who responded immediately. He made time to come out the next morning and troubleshot the problems before he was even there. His rate was very fair at $100/hr + materials for the quality of work he does. I decided to take my chances and go with him since I wanted the problems corrected the first time.

Jesse was punctual, straightforward, and clear in what was wrong. He called me while I was at work to give me a rundown on the issues and even let me know of another toilet that was leaking rust due to an angled stop valve. I wasn't even aware of this issue prior to him informing me. Jesse fixed all of the problems in 1.5 hours (including time to buy the parts) and sent me an invoice promptly that evening. He was great and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He even included a 90-day warranty for this work.

Straight Shot Plumbing is the best! I called late Sunday evening and Jesse the owner was at my home Monday morning. He offered to come out Sunday evening! My clean out was spewing waste all over my driveway and patio. I had a bad clog, which Jesse fixed and cleaned everything in less than an hour! Jesse told me to let him know if it that doesn't fix it.
I highly recommend Jesse/Straight Shot Plumbing for your plumbing needs. He is honest, hardworking, reliable and his prices are very fair.

Our garbage disposal got clogged today and we called several plumbing services off of Craigslist who wanted to charge us an arm & a leg to come out this evening. I came across this company and spoke to Jesse who said he'll arrive within 40 minutes. And he did come ready to work. Jesse who owns this company is very honest, professional, and someone we feel we can trust. He even charged us less than what he originally quoted us. We found a plumber we can definitely trust.
