They really hold up to the straight shooter name. I had some wood chunks dropped into my sewage line during a bathroom remodel that was blocking the drainage. I felt like they were working to find the best, easiest and least costly solution for me. Rick, Austin and Bronchee came out together and did a great job. I had a hot water slab leak at my house and needed help fast. What slowed me down in getting it fixed were many insecurities: how much would this cost, would my insurance cover it, what were my options, and when could I get hot water back on for my family?

Kristy responded within minutes of my Yelp posting, maybe 1 minute. She quickly understood my situation and offered me same-day service at one of the lowest prices to detect the leak. Lee arrived quickly, detected the leak with his equipment, and was confident and accurate about his diagnosis; he's also got a good sense of humor. Steve followed up the same day and further explained my options for repair, including possible ways my insurance might provide coverage, something the competition declined to discuss when I brought it up during my bidding process. However, Steve remained available throughout the process, answering many of my inquiries over several days and being available to join a call with my insurance company to help advocate for me! Steve's availability and support gave me the confidence that I was in good hands, which helped me decide my next steps to repair (out of three options).

Kristy quickly prioritized my job the day after I electronically agreed to the estimate. The following day, at 8 am, Lee and his team arrived, finishing the repair by the afternoon.

Thanks to their whole crew, I now have hot water, which didn't break the bank! I'm so appreciative; this experience helped me realize that anything can be resolved with the help of trustworthy professionals!
