Steve is a great plumber with alot of knowledge He is easy to work with, he fields any questions and explains every aspect, shows you what he's talking about, and gives you options. He answered my phone call right away and was able to come out that same day. My water heater had flooded and steve was able to replace it the same day. We will definitely be using them for any our plumbing issues in the future! 10/10 recommend!

Had a plumbing emergency with my mainline back up. Had tree roots that made it through and backed up into my house. Steve came out and had everything assesed and fixed same day. First used back in September for a leaking kitchen sink. Prompt, courteous and did amazing job.
Now have used these guys for the second tIme. Had a major emergency as a very precious piece of gold jewelry slipped down the plug and I was devastated. Called Steve at Straight Shooter Plumbing and he came over following morning dismantled underneath the sink and retrieved for me. Absolutely fantastic service and didn't even charge me. Thank you so much as the piece of jewelry was irreplaceable. Would highly recommend them Always.

Used straight shooter for a tankless maintenance. They were very friendly, easy to schedule, showed up on time, etc.
Tankless flush was +$350.00 which is a bit absurd, but that might be the going rate for a good plumber(?)

I called straight shooter to clear a blockage in the plumbing line of a rental I own. Steve and Nick they were able to come a few hours after my call and were very responsive, keeping me updated on their arrival. I would highly recommend them both!
