This company is fantastic. We had a sudden sewage to septic tank blockage which immediate. Called Straight Shooter Plumbing and they said that a technician was on the way as soon as we have the dispatcher the address. They arrived in A FEW MINUTES and immediately set about troubleshooting the blockage. They isolated the problem and isolated the problem area. Shortly thereafter they had it repaired and were on the way to another job. Their prices were VERY REASONABLE. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. They are amazing!!

I called this business because we were having problems with our plumbing being clogged. It turns out that our builder left us with a poorly designed system making it necessary to replace the main cleanout. Straight Shooter had to dig out a very hard rocky ground in front of the house to do that. The owner himself came out to make sure we were being properly taken care of and went above and beyond. He cleared one of the bathroom sinks, cleared the sewer lines under the house, and when they were finished, they filled the hole in front of the properly. They even went to a local store and bought back a bag of soil for the flower bed, spread the new soil and repaired the garden watering line that had been cut. I was very surprised and impressed with the quality of their work and service. I plan to continue to use Straight Shooter Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Through a string of perpetual bad luck, we've had to use Straight shooter for a number projects. A broken septic line, full house tear out and re-pipe, shower valve replacement... the saga goes on and on.
Steve has his crew have been nothing but great, they made sure their work was done right and if something wasn't, they stayed and made sure it was. I really wouldn't think of using anyone else, seriously give them a call! I wish I had more photos of their work.

Both of our toilets were backed up which made it an emergency situation. Evan showed up in less than an hour on a Sunday and went right to work. The problem wasn't an easy fix, but Evan persisted until both toilets worked again. He has a delightful personality, is very friendly and informative. He didn't mind telling us how plumbing works and gave 3 options to get the problem fixed. We highly recommend Evan and we enjoyed his Australian accent!

We called Straight Shooter Plumbing to get an estimate for a customer provided toilet installation. We were told over the phone that bids cannot be provided without a plumber coming out view and asses what needed done. The plumber was extremely kind, easy to communicate with, and quick to get the job done. We were quoted a price over $100 more than other local companies. When we asked for a price match to another local company, the price match was approved and we were offered an addional 10% off if we agreed to leave a review. After the plumber left, we did notice a small, slow leak at the supply line and tank connection. We called the main office and they scheduled the plumber to come back. He was scheduled between 1 and 3pm and didn't arrive until about 5pm. We understand that sometimes jobs take a little longer than anticipated, but better communication on timing would have been appreciated. I'm not sure if we would use them again if other needs arise due to the higher costs of services.

Wonderful service, excellent communication, quick response time! Our toilet flooded our bathroom Monday, mid-day. I called Straight Shooter that evening when I got home, after their closing time. They returned my call within an hour and squeezed me into the schedule the very next day. Evan handled our toilet replacement.... he was very knowledgeable, professional, and made sure to check everywhere for possible damage done by our mini flood. I can't say enough wonderful things about these guys!

I had an excellent experience with this Company. I needed my tankless water heater replaced. Steve came out later the same day, assessed the situation, recommended an alternative brand, and the unit was installed within a few days. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. It has now been a few weeks since the installation and the new unit functions perfectly. They will be my go to company in the future.
