I began my plumbing career in a trade school in 1981, and finished at the top of my class. I held the position of head plumber at many of my previous jobs. In 1997, I launched my business as Online Plumbing in Arizona, though I later found the name unsatisfactory, and subsequently rebranded it to Straight Forward Plumbing around 2008. In 2017, I relocated to Alabama and continued using the name.
I strive to maintain fairness and ensure customer happiness. I am not here to rip anyone off, which is why I chose the name Straight Forward Plumbing because honesty saves.
With 39 years of plumbing experience, we understand the right and wrong in plumbing. Straight Forward Plumbing provides the solutions to your plumbing issues. We offer straight-up prices with no games. Honesty saves!! I received the Plumbing Contractor of the Year award in a city I once lived in.

E J.First time, service was great!! Definitely fixed my leak. Left with a quote of $150 to fix my bathtub faucet, and rebuild the water line from wall to toilet, that HE BROKE!! 4 months later, I asked to fulfill this. Comes to the house same day I call, super excited!! Proceed to tell me I need a new toilet and sink. I ask why new toilet?? Still have to do the water line from wall to toilet, has nothing to do with toilet. Sink is working, just didn't turn water off all the way and it was dripping a tiny bit. Proceeds to fix tub faucet, then wants more money for the toilet water line. """"Was a long time ago, I don't remember what I said."""". Charged me $150 for the tub alone. Won't be calling him again to get screwed again. Fool me once, not a second time.
