I entered the plumbing trade in 1981, finishing at the top of my class, and have held the position of head plumber at several companies. I initiated my plumbing business, onlineplumbing, in Arizona in 1997, but I decided to rename it Straight Forward Plumbing around 2008. I relocated to Alabama in 2017 and retained the name. My guiding principle is to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. I’m not here to take advantage of anyone; that’s why I chose the name Straight Forward Plumbing (Honesty Saves).

Liz B.First time, service was great!! Definitely fixed my leak. Left with a quote of $150 to fix my bathtub faucet, and rebuild the water line from wall to toilet, that HE BROKE!! 4 months later, I asked to fulfill this. Comes to the house same day I call, super excited!! Proceed to tell me I need a new toilet and sink. I ask why new toilet?? Still have to do the water line from wall to toilet, has nothing to do with toilet. Sink is working, just didn't turn water off all the way and it was dripping a tiny bit. Proceeds to fix tub faucet, then wants more money for the toilet water line. """"Was a long time ago, I don't remember what I said."""". Charged me $150 for the tub alone. Won't be calling him again to get screwed again. Fool me once, not a second time.
