I began my plumbing career in a trade school in 1981, and finished at the top of my class. I held the position of head plumber at many of my previous jobs. In 1997, I launched my business as Online Plumbing in Arizona, but I didn't like the name, which I changed to Straight Forward Plumbing around 2008. In 2017, I relocated to Alabama and kept the name.
I strive to maintain fairness and ensure customer happiness. I aim to provide honest service, that's why I named it Straight Forward Plumbing because I believe honesty is key.

Left with a quote of $150 to fix my bathtub faucet, and rebuild the water line from wall to toilet, that HE BROKE!! 4 months later, I asked to fulfill this. Comes to the house same day I call, super excited!! Proceed to tell me I need a new toilet and sink. I ask why new toilet?? Still have to do the water line from wall to toilet, has nothing to do with toilet. Sink is working, just didn't turn water off all the way and it was dripping a tiny bit. Proceeds to fix tub faucet, then wants more money for the toilet water line. """"Was a long time ago, I don't remember what I said."""". Charged me $150 for the tub alone. Won't be calling him again to get screwed again. Fool me once, not a second time.
