I began my journey in plumbing school in 1981, graduating at the top of my class, and have served as the lead plumber for most companies I've been with. In 1997, I started my first venture, onlineplumbing, in Arizona, but I changed the name to Straight Forward Plumbing in approximately 2008. I relocated to Alabama in 2017 and retained the name. My motto is to uphold fairness and prioritize customer happiness. I’m not here to take advantage of anyone; that’s why I chose the name Straight Forward Plumbing (Honesty Saves).

Liz B.First time, service was great!! Definitely fixed my leak. Left with a quote of $150 to fix my bathtub faucet, and rebuild the water line from wall to toilet, that HE BROKE!! 4 months later, I asked to fulfill this. Comes to the house same day I call, super excited!! Proceed to tell me I need a new toilet and sink. I ask why new toilet?? Still have to do the water line from wall to toilet, has nothing to do with toilet. Sink is working, just didn't turn water off all the way and it was dripping a tiny bit. Proceeds to fix tub faucet, then wants more money for the toilet water line. """"Was a long time ago, I don't remember what I said."""". Charged me $150 for the tub alone. Won't be calling him again to get screwed again. Fool me once, not a second time.
