The owner Kevin stays very busy, so you may have to make several attempts reaching him... But, once he is hired, you can depend on him to do a fabulous job...I might add, he is quite OCD (he'll admit)... So, he is very thorough and takes pride in his work...If it doesn't function correctly or look good, he'll keep at it till it does... Kevin aims for perfection... He is very knowledgeable of all plumbing needs... I was also impressed that he actually corrected someone else's work (from another company) because he saw it causing a future problem, which I really appreciated!

Confirmed date and time twice by voice and text and the plumber never showed up. I called him after he was an hour late and he never returned my call, I would not waste my time with this company if they don't have the courtesy to show up or communicate.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Wish I could leave higher than a 5 star! Kevin and his team are amazing! We had a bit of a difficult plumbing situation which several different companies couldn't figure out. Kevin identified the solution, and completed the project under budget and faster than we thought possible! We will definitely be contacting him again for any other plumbing needs, plus referring him to everyone we know! Awesome job!!!
