Lance was awesome! Had a leak in the kitchen and could not get the water off. He picked up the phone on a Saturday afternoon and walked me through shutting everything down. He thought it was due to the faucet. A week and a half later he was able to install the new faucet. No more leaking, and have a beautiful new look in the kitchen. Extremely professional, hard-working, responsive, friendly and good at what he does. Would definitely use him again, and recommend to friends and family!

We had a pipe burst somewhere that first revealed itself on our carpet that was getting soaked. Lance gave a reasonable quote, came in on time the next morning, detected where our leak was coming from, fixed the pipe quickly, cleaned up everything nicely and helped us get a water remediation expert to immediately help with drying out everything. Lance was great - professional, patient and showed/explained what was going on. Will definitely use Straight Flush again in the future.

What a nightmare last week was until Lance badgwell with Straight Flush Plumbing was recommended to me. Lance came out quickly and spent several days working very hard to solve a water heater problem. This plumber is very dishonest. He responded very fast to our quote request and sounded very nice to help us out. He quoted diagnostic fee of $250 for a pin hole detection which will be applied to the repair with additional $50 only. The quoted fee was a good price. However, he asked for $550 for a pin hole repair after he opened up the wall. Otherwise we have to pay him $250 diagnostic fee without the repair. He also claimed that he did me a favor to waive my diagnostic fee. He charged for 4 hours while he only spent 1 hour on the job. Even worse, he used two sharks connectors for the pipe inside the wall, which we learned that these connectors will not last long and are against the building code from three other certified plumbers who came here for a slab leak diagnosis.

Answer to your comment:
You lied again. You quoted $250 for pin hole leak but sent me a quote for $350 and told me that additional $100 could help me to pay for dry wall which the warranty company would not cover ( By the way my home warranty covered the drywall repair actually covered it.) There was a very slow leak. You were not able to hear the leak clearly but proposed the leak area since it was rusted outside the pipe and saw a wet drywall close to the toilet. You told AhS that it looks like the leak is there during conversation ( You did not say it definitely leaks there but said you suspect it leaks there. Where is the lie? And why you helped the lie if you are an honest guy?) and asked for $550 but the leak did not stop after your first repair. You came here again for another leak detection and asked for more than $3000 repair fee and diagnostic fee. I said that I might have to pay two copays for one case since your 1st repair did not work and wonder if you could give me a discount covering the additional $100 copay if there is one. I don't know where you came up for the 3rd visit.
Also, why did you put in shark connectors inside the wall, which no other plumber would do except handyman.
The ladt, your conversation with AHS was not more than 15 minutes which you charged AHS $550 for 3 more hours than you spent on the job.

We had a slab leak and Lance came out and located it immediately. He was able to repair the issue with minimal damage. Response time was very impressive and pricing was very fair.
