It was determined that there was a leak between the street meter and our house which would have required concrete stairs removal.
Lance said that would not be necessary and sent two men who were able to create an in- ground tunnel in which a new type of tubing (good for 100years) was installed!! Lance was able to create the connections at both ends which were tedious and time consuming, but he re-established our water supply , and filled in the access holes and cleaned up very well! I would highly recommend his services.

Lance was awesome! Had a leak in the kitchen and could not get the water off. He picked up the phone on a Saturday afternoon and walked me through shutting everything down. He thought it was due to the faucet. A week and a half later he was able to install the new faucet. No more leaking, and have a beautiful new look in the kitchen.
