I called them because of the great reviews and made an appointment for the next week. The time came and no one showed up! I called to ask what happened and he hung up on me mid-conversation!! This was completely unprofessional - I would have preferred if he has simply called me to cancel the appointment. A complete waste of my time.

He came fast, assessed, left and promised to come back the next day. Only thing is, he didn't. At first he said that his schedule was open the next day so I could just set a time for him but when I was trying to set a time, communication became difficult and then nonexistent. He had many excuses and then never picked up the phone. Don't hire him.

Spoke with Jim on the phone about an issue with my gas furnace and he said he could come out to take a look after 10 AM the next day. Waited for him to show for 2 hours and when we hadn't seen him called again. He answered and acted like we had never discussed anything the previous day and then after describing problem again said he didn't service gas furnaces despite being listed as an HVAC repair person. Wasted a whole day of my time when I could have been trying to contact other service providers.

This gentleman is a great plumber. But, more than that, he's a really good person. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a professional to handle any plumbing-related problem or project.

I had a cable installer come to my house today at around 4:30pm. He went down into the basement to check some wiring and, when he came back up at around 4:45, he told me that there was water leaking down into the basement from my first-floor bathroom.

I literally moved into this house yesterday, and it's my first house (I've been an apartment dweller my whole adult life), so I was freaked out and rather panicked about it because, for the first time, I couldn't simply call maintenance.

This gentleman told me that he was finishing up a job but that he could come over after he was done. He arrived at 6:14, which is technically very much ""after hours"".

He messed around with the toilet a bit and discovered that the toilet tank was leaking at the tank bolts. He said he just needed to tighten them up. But then they wouldn't come off and he had to cut them off, which took a while. Then he installed new tank bolts, complete with brand new washers, solving the problem completely.

This man could have made up anything and I would have believed it in the worried state I was in. He could have talked me into a brand new toilet if he wanted to, he could have replaced things that didn't need replacing, he could have taken his sweet time about what he did do in order to pad the bill - but he did none of that!

He was done with the project in about a half hour, start to finish.

And his bill was only $125. For an emergency call after hours that is incredibly low. But this guy was clearly not looking to rip anybody off, but rather to make repeat customers out of us - which he definitely did!

In fact, I only had about $90 in cash on me, but instead of making me use a credit card or write a check, he gladly just waited about 15 minutes for my wife to come home and then she gave him the remaining $30.

And during that 15 minutes he told me all about the best places in town to get takeout, the best pizza place, the best Chinese food place, the best burger place, etc. And as someone who just moved to town, that information was truly appreciated.

We plan to install a garbage disposal, replace our dishwasher, upgrade our toilets, install a gas clothes-dryer, and possibly get a new fridge with an icemaker and water in the door, all within the next 4-6 months, and we will definitely be calling this man for each of those projects!!

Made an appointment and no one showed up. Since reviews were good, I gave the benefit of the doubt and rebooked another appointment. Again, no show and no communication. I had to take time from work for the appointments.

James is the best. Came when he said he would.Went right to work fixed the problem.The mix valve for the shower was gone.He fixed and relaced parts needed in a timely manner.He was very fair on the price. He's my plumber now.

Outstanding! Only plumber who would work with me. I got several quotes from other plumbers to replace a hot water heater. All of them were in the ball park of $1200-1500. Straight Flush made a deal with me where I would buy my own hot water heater, and he would charge me $400.00 to install it. The hot water heater cost $400.00. So, with the help of a stand up plumber, I was able to get out of this for $800.00. I saved at least $400.00. Trust me, if you need an honest plumber, look no further.

I had to have my two toilets replaced. I called several places. Most wanted me to pay for an estimate. I called Straight Flush and he gave me a quote over the phone.

I scheduled the installation.

The installer came in, installed both toilets in about 2.5 hours. They work perfect.

Good price, great service, and you don't have to wait 3 to 4 weeks.

You need plumbing done - use this company.

Called and they came over, it took a day or so, but they were busy, which to me is a good sign.
I was having an issue with a broken sink drain and a constantly running furnace circulation pump.
The guys showed up, looked over the project and gave me an estimate. Very reasonable pricing and the work was done in almost no time.
The sink is perfect, better than before. Quick clean work.
The furnace issue was addressed just as quickly. Unlike the previous company I had in to work on my furnace they walked me though what they were doing and showed me how to resolve the issue should it happen again.
I'll be calling them again should I encounter another issue.
I highly recommend them.
