Recommended Customer Reviews

Had these guys out to snake a line in my laundry room. They turned off the water to the line and forgot to turn it back on. I thought my washing machine was broken, but the repair guy laughed and said that my water was just turned off. It cost me $75 to have the washing repair guy out, but Straight Flush reimbursed me for the fee. Haven't had any problems with the line either.

After contacting Straight Flush with my complaint they informed me the second billing was an error and canceled it. Their communication with me was respectful and conveyed that they valued me as a customer. I have chosen to continue doing business with them. I will however defer recommending them until I have more dealings with them in the future.

They were very nice and quick initially, and told me me they guaranteed their work. Because of other peoples reviews I took them on their word and did what they recommended. After paying several thousands to fix my problem based on their recommendation the exact same problem returned a few months later flooding my basement in sewage. I cannot begin to explain just how bad this was, and all the problems it created, nor do the details matter at this point. What does matter is that they did not answer their phone, and after several attempts and messages left 3 days later we called someone else to fix the problem. You can imagine how upset I and my family was already, but then having to wait that long to have someone else come out to look at the problem and tell us that we have the exact same problem as before, and have yet another bill handed to us for work we already paid for and supposedly (""GUARANTEED""). Eventually they did get back to us and we were told it was not their problem. My wife and I spoke with Joe the owner specifically, and he treated us like fools for thinking he was responsable for the recommendation he and his employees made or the work they performed. I will not be using their services again, nor would I recommend them to any friends or family in the Great Falls area.

These people came to my door 2 minutes before appointment time and did an excellent job. I'll keep them in my home service file.

To fully understand this review, please see my ""Carp's"" review of today's date. To be brief, after being told by Caro's (Who I had used since 2006) that it would be almost 3 weeks until they could unclog my drain, I called Straight Flush. Even though it was a Saturday, Zach answered and said he could be at my house in a few hours since he was shopping with his family at the time. Two hours later he arrived, fixed my problem (removed a large lilac root ball) and charged me a very fair price for weekend work. Zach also gave some good advice about how to minimize this problem in the future. He also explained the company's 90 day guarantee.
I had never heard of Straight Flush before this problem came up but I'm sure happy I called them. Zack was professional, courteous, and informative. Just as important, he was FAIR in his charge.
