Do not use. Wish I had read these reviews first. Quoted me 200 on the phone. Then forgets to show up. I call him and he comes out to tell me he will have to come back out a different day. Come back and leaves multiple times to get things. Then says he is feeling sick and will have to come back. I ask him how much it's going to cost because I'm not wanting to pay for all trips to the store when he's already seen the project and didn't have what he needed multiple times. He says 300 dollars. Calls on the day he's supposed to show up and says he's sick. Reschedules again. Shows up this time with 2 guys. Finishes the job finally but charges me 600 dollars. If you want something done timely or even remotely close to the quoted price this isn't the guy for you.

I wish there were a no star review. I don't even want to get one. Cody was hired by our contractor, not us. I should have went with my gut. Several problems were caused by Cody. He never came when he said he would. Pipes were not fitted together properly causing leaks. The heating and air guys came today and Cody didn't put some of the gas pipes together properly and it was leaking gas into our attic. He put my family and newly renovated house at risk. Our house flooded twice because of him and I still have 2 large holes in my newly sheet rocked walls because he had to cut them open and fix the pipes. DO NOT USE HIM! We are still fixing his mistakes.

NEVER USE STOVALL PLUMBING. They did absolutely nothing for the issue we were having, charged me for 6 hours of labor, sat in their vehicle after THEY called roto rooter so that they could fix the issue we were having (charged me for that time as well while they did nothing), roto rooter had it fixed within 30 minutes, stovall charged me for another hour of labor while they put my pipes back together that they had taken apart for no reason... got my pipes put back together & left with over $500 from me because they had 6 hours of ""labor"" in. They did absolutely nothing but uncover my pipes, pull them apart, then put them back together, & had to call another company to clear out a clog which was the issue to begin with... if you claim to be a plumber, why would you have to call another company to do the job?

Had Cody (supposed to be a plumber) from this company come out and he flooded my bathroom, didn't want to take any responsibility for the flooding of my bathroom and hall. Didn't come prepared with tools had to leave and come back then decided to clean up all of the water. Unprofessional and unprepared for the job. He left without fixing the problem and told me to call Roto rooter.
