I highly recommend Pat for your plumbing needs. Story plumbing is like an old time business where the owner cares about the person he's working for. A lot of plumbing businesses have a large number of different crews that go out and do the work for them and you just hope you get someone that knows what they are doing. With Story you know who's coming out and that the job will get done and done right the first time.

I often have a hard time when it comes to hiring somebody to perform maintenance on my home. Perhaps it's because I've been burned before by hiring someone who, in the end, sucks and charges more than they should. I spend far too long scouring Yelp reviews trying to find a repair company that others deem trustworthy. So I figured I would pay it forward and write a post about Pat from Story Plumbing. We've used the services of multiple other plumbers and never found somebody who wasn't trying to rip us off. When a neighbor told me about Story Plumbing, I gave them a call, expecting the same thing. Well, I'm glad I gave Story a chance. Story Plumbing is reliable, fair priced, and honest. At this point, we've utilized Story Plumbing multiple times, and in every instance, we've received great, timely service at an exceptional price. Pat is a straight forward person who is just really knowledgable about what he does. The bottom line; you can trust this company, and they're very easy to work with.

A true genius. We took the toilet off, cleaned it out, cleaned out the drain pipe and added a new flapper but still did not flush right. Pat comes out, asks for a very sophisticated took, a piece of wire like a coat hanger, and in just minutes the toilet is flushing like Niagara falls. Thanks Bill

Pat has always been very responsible to our commercial emergencies...better than any other vendor, from owner operator to big chain. Pat is also great at fixing what is broke which has been mentioned by others here. So many other vendors want to do more than is necessary to enhance the bill. Pat is also up for a challenge. He has removed built-in water fountains, and replaced mop utility sinks, sawed of legs and modified drains to accommodate the fit. Many others would have just declined the work when it requires a bit of ingenuity and creativity outside the box. All this while being personable, and fair to relatively inexpensive for the quality and consistency of his work. I have him 5 stars because he has earned it, and I make time to write these reviews for the vendors that do. I would hope you will too as it's becoming harder to find these gems in the industry.
