Update: 1/12/23 - I had to call this company back because the drain line backed up again. They came out and refused to stand by their work. They were going to charge me $250 just to run a line throught the drain. That they assured me was clear after the service on Jan 7th. I refuse to give this company any more money for a job that should have been done right the first time. I called another plumbing service . Update 1/11/23 - Well, it looks like you care more about money than you do about customers, since I never received a response from you regarding my service on Jan. 7th, 2023. I for one will never use your services again. Previous Email: I called your company on Saturday, Jan. 7th, 2023, to see if you could send someone out to unclog a drain at my home. I originally called the city regarding this issue to see if it was their pipes causing the issue. It was not, however, the city's technician showed me where he believed the clog was, from where their pipes and responsibility ends and the homeowner's responsibility begins. The City's technician showed me where he believed the clog was, just inside the piping where my responsibility begins. When your technician Kent, arrived, I showed him where I, and the city's technician, believed the clog was. Your technician first tried to get to the piping from the crawlspace of my home, and the cost would be $400.00. However, the """"machine"""" would not fit through the opening of the crawlspace. Your technician then insisted he needed to remove the toilet and that would be a charge of $650.00. I asked why he couldn't get to it from the piping outside that starts where the city's pipe ends and where I believed the clog to be. He said, """"because that only flows one way"""" so he could not get to the clog from there and insisted he had to remove the toilet. After working for 2 hours to get to the clog from the toilet he was not able to. Your technician then told me he would have to dig up my yard to get to the clog in the pipe and that would $800. I was pretty upset by this point. Your technician then went outside and called someone on the phone. He came back and told me someone else is coming out to help. When the second technician arrived, he also was told where the clog was believed to be. The second technician WAS able to get to the clog from the pipe outside and freed the clog in less than 20 minuets. Now if the second technician would have been the first one to come out, he would have gotten the clog out in less than 20 minuets, as he did, and I could have went about my day. I do not believe I should have to pay for your technician's, Kent's, incompetence. I told him where the clog was and he insisted he had to go through the toilet, which he clearly did not. When I questioned him about the charge he said, """"well it is Saturday and we are not normally open on Saturday so the charge is more"""". Which I understand. I did not have a problem paying the $400. I do not feel I should have to pay $650 when he clearly did not have to pull the toilet. Like I said, if the second technician would have been the one to come for the service first, it would have been uncloged where I told them the clog was in less than 20 min. I had to miss an entire day of work due to this service taking longer than it needed to. If the clog would have been cleared in 20 minutes, like the second technician did, I would have had time to go to work and at least get 6 hours in out of the 8 hours I was scheduled for. I feel I should be reimbursed $250.00 due to the fact that Kent did not listen to me when I told him where the clog was. He also was not very friendly and basically rude the entire 2 1/2 hours he was in my home.

I would like to say we needed a major plumbing repair and Matt an employee of their company did an excellent job. He was very professional, honest and friendly. He kept us updated and completed the work in 1 1/2 days. I thought this was great, especially because he worked alone. He did a GREAT JOB! Thanks Matt !!!!

After discussion with the company, they were able to warranty the repair without any additional cost to me. I appreciate their help.

This morning I woke to a toilet with a very slow flush in the master. It couldn't even flush a tissue. After poking and prodding a little to diagnose the issue I determined it was a clogged vent. I have a second commode that has a similar issue but is rarely used so I thought I'd have them look at it, too. I called, they set me up for the next day, then called back and said they could work me in today. The tech they sent out, Winston, was very friendly and quickly checked out and fixed the master. It was not the vent but rather a partial clog. He then checked out the second commode and determined it was not a vent issue either. It needs a new valve or a replacement commode. This is why I'm not a plumber. After telling him of our remodeling plans he suggested a toilet brand, provided a quote, and let me know that replacing all three at the same time would be a good cost savings. He was in and out in less than a half hour. Great service all around. They were the only company that answered my call and they were very, very responsive. The price was fair and I'm 100% satisfied.
