Requested to fix a leaky outside faucet in June. I October, when I pulled the hoses off, I found that it was leaking again. Called to see if they could consider doing the job right as I had already paid. The staff person on the phone was seriously dis-inclined to consider the possibility. I'm not going to argue with her. My time is better spent finding a service source that does the job right.

Stopplewoth Plumbing was great! We had to move our main water line over about a foot when we built a bedroom in the basement. The plumber was very friendly and in-n-out quickly, I would definitely use them again.

There are lots of horror stories about plumbers, but Stoppleworth Plumbing defies them all. From my first call until the guys left, Stoppleworth was a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely use them again for future plumbing needs.

I originally scheduled the house call for between 8-9am, but called the day before to request that the guys arrive between 7:30-8am instead. The woman on the phone kindly agreed to they change with no hesitation, and the two guys Stoppleworth sent over arrived within that new time window. Both of the plumbers were professional, courteous, efficient, and effective it was refreshing to work with them.

The plumbers who came to the house also didn't try to upsell me, which I appreciated. When I asked whether they would need to replace the valves or whether they could just repair them, they told me that fixing the valves would take 1/4 the time that replacing them would, which would save me approximately $75 in labor charges.

The coupon Stoppleworth offers through Angie's List (good for $25 off services for Angie's List members) brought my total for the entire project (2 valves repaired, some copper pipe replaced outside the house, labor, and tax) to $80.00. Even without the coupon, though, the total would've been only $105, which was the least expensive price I could find out of the top-rated plumbers in my area.

As a first time homeowner with a broken sewer line, I was more than a little overwhelmed when I called Stoppleworth Plumbing. I had no idea what to expect as far as cost, time, damage to my yard etc. The technician I talked to was empathetic and incredibly helpful. He asked the right questions to determine that the city might be my best bet in my situation. Thank goodness! It turned out that the city paid for the repairs since it was close enough to the main. Along with that, he called back the next day to make sure I had gotten everything taken care of. With this type of customer service, I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs that I have!
