Luis gives you one quote and the guys doing the service charge you a whole different really high price. Messy, walls ended up dirty, shower floor dirty, bathroom floor dirty. Not recommended.

Scam artists. They charged 200 above market to do a basic job, the issue persisted and they said that they would be back within 48 hours to fix any issue that came up. I called them again, they initially refused saying """"it was outside the time"""" even though it was within 48 hours. They came back and got it down, and I still need to have another team come out and look at the issue. They also refused to immediately provide me with an invoice and the camera footage, even though they said they used a camera. They also showed up 3 hours late, these guys a vile con artists, if I have ever seen one. Like Jesus, stay away.

SCAM ARTIST. I called Stoppage Kings last Tuesday 3/23/2021 for my mom who was having leak issues with her gas range. The technician who responded quoted $275 for initial assessment and that amount will be credited toward the cost of the repairs should we decide to go with them. He arrives within 40 minutes, my mom shows him the oven and the gas water heater. He goes outside , walks around and goes back in his van & calls me to say that he investigated, found the leak, it's the underground pipes. The total cost for repairs including permits would be $5,500. I was speechless and told my mom to pay him cash and to have him give her a receipt for the repair quote. The technician tells me he will email the receipt if I provide the email. I did, but to date in spite of numerous texts and a call, NADA, no receipt. In desperation, my husband calls a friend who is a handyman and knows his way around kitchen appliances. This friend goes to my mom's house on Sunday, checks the oven connections, secures and tightens the gas line with the oven. My mom calls Florida City Gas, they arrive and check for leaks, NO LEAK! My issue with Stoppage Kings are the following: they are unprofessional and did not check the appliance , they are dishonest because they failed to provide me with a written receipt and quote. They took advantage of my mom's good faith because she did not fully understand what he was doing. They ghosted me when I requested a receipt for the the $275 paid the the initial estimate. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants repair work done on their appliances. This company is running a SCAM, they pull you in saying that they will credit $275 if you do the repair with them and then they quote you a ridiculous amount of money $5,500 in our case for a simple connection !!!

SCAM ARTIST!!!! Please read the other reviews from this company because they're true!! My toilet was partially leaking & I called the closest plumber to my area, they responded within a few hours after I called them. I tried to get a quote & they said they don't quote until the job is done, that should have been a warning sign for me after finding out plumbers charge 75$-100$ an hour... the guy came about an hour late, no extra equipment was used while he worked on my toilet, I repeat he left after only thirty minutes on working on our toilet, WE HAVE TIME STAMP from our front desk. He charged us 375$ for thirty min work!!!!! No wonder he won't quote you on the phone, it should have been 150$ max. Afterwards He directed us not to use the toilet for 24 hours, easy! Over 24 hours the next day evening I sat in my toilet & instantly was shifted to the right noticing my toilet sink cover had been broken completely off the hinges and the toilet itself was cracked on the bottom. Instantly I called them and told them the issue and was suddenly told that maybe it was something I did to break it! & later was told their would be a fee to fix the job they were already paid for to do to fix!!! They never got back to me and ghosted me on the phone

2:30 in the morning on a Sunday my bath tub was over flooding due to a clog I had in the toilet. In a panic I called multiple companies to come and fix my issue but none answered till I called stoppage kings. They came swiftly and fixed my issue with out a problem. I would most definitely recommend this company.

Came over didn't do a quote started work didn't fix anything charged $300 dollars for 45 min of work that did nothing to fix the problem but had suggestions on how to pay for more work that didn't guarantee that the problem would be fixed if you can't fix it charging full price for incomplete work not good business hope this helps out.
