My experience is not good. Did not come as agreed. Obviously, there were customers that needed more urgent help - came at the 4th time. Price was excessive. Technician told me he would get parts and return in 1 hour. I called office after 1 hour and was told he would return. After 2 hours the office calls and tells me he will be in 45 minutes. My only guess is that he was on to another job. I called an cancelled - please so not sign the quote. It is better to sign paper when the technician appears with all the parts and ready to fix the issue.

We had a clog in our sewage pipe and it was backing up in to our basement. Stong was able to come out very quickly and snake the pipe and remove the blockage. The technician was very knowledgeable and very nice. Grayson gets 10 stars! Pricing was reasonable also.

Easily the worst customer service experience of my life. They quoted an outrageous price, took a $500 deposit and for a YEAR AND A HALF didn't schedule the work or return any of my roughly 40 phone calls. Not one. When I finally demanded a refund, I had to call a dozen times to follow up. Gina told me five times that the check had definitely been mailed before it finally was.

Save yourself the aggravation and choose literally any other company. Stong does not seem to even be trying to not be terrible.

Stong has done a couple of projects for me. They are professional, clean, quick, pleasant to deal with. I used to use a larger company, but I'll use Stong from now on.

Pretty much the same experience as the others...They contact you through Homeadvisor, look at the issue and then individually charge you for each step to correct fhe issue...I had a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom...Take down the 2x3 piece of drywall in the ceiling - $250, clean the drain - $475, send in a camera to find the leak - $550....and in and on....truely they gouge you at every opportunity because they have you. I would avoid them at all costs.

Plumber could not solve my problem, but promised office would order the part they needed and let me know in a day or two. No responds and I have called 3 times. Each time they have promised to call back within a day, but I have never gotten a return call. If they can't solve the problem, can't they tell me so?
Don't expect a an answer from them.

DO NOT USE STONG PLUMBING. THEY ARE INSANELY EXPENSIVE!
I was introduced to Stong Plumbing through Home Advisors for an installation of a new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser
(which I provided) to replace the old ones. The approximate price from Home Advisors (For 2 hrs of work $80-95 per hour) which was fair, but SO WRONG. When the STONG plumber re-priced the work, he came back with what is $318.00 per hour.

Are these people INSANE? Their pricing is not only ridiculous but outrageous regardless of their work. Who charges $318.00 per hour? DO NOT USE THEM!

Called scheduled appt waited. Between 9-12 like told never showed called office no record of my appointment and told if i needed an estimate it would be $50 not told that at time of setting appointment earlier in week AND I ASKED IF THEY GAVE FREE ESITIMATES. Because i wont use a service if estimates arent free. Rule of thumb if there charging you a fee to tell you the cost of the job its gonna be to much anyway. Best to go some were else and i have 30 years experience in plumbing, electric, and construction..and i give free honest estimates on my work..and recommend getting a couple of estimates..wont use STONG PLUMING for any of my gas line jobs..
