Linda K.Will never use plumbing with Coopers heating and cooling,plumbing,again the guy they sent didn't really know what he was doing tried to unstop sink drain for 3 hours had to help and basically unstoped drain myself then he tried to charge $800.00 for service.ended up taking to his supervisor then they went to $361.00 and then finally to $200.00 it was a very bad experience will never use them again for any services if I wouldn't have complained about price I would have been charged $800.00 zero rateing

Gwyn W.After SEVERAL days of waiting for a pump that was paid for on a Friday that was in a store that was 45 minutes away from the company's address some one finally came on the following Thursday to replace the pump. The next day the pump stopped working AGAIN. Plumber comes out and does something and get it restarted. Now here we go a week later and the SAME THING happens AGAIN pump stops working. No plumber is on call OF COURSE to fix the problem! I will never use them again!
