We had a plumbing emergency at 10pm on Christmas night and Called through all the local plumbers for help. Mike from Stone and sons plumbing was the only person to pick up. Even though he did not have staff to come out to do emergency visits, he did spend almost an hour walking us through how to resolve the issue. He did not have to do that, but he did. He was very professional and understood What we need it, and put us on the schedule for first thing in the morning. I would definitely recommend I use this plumber in the future.

1 star too many. Rude customer service. Simply asked if they had a part in stock. The guy who had answered the phone had an attitude because I told him I would be replacing the part myself.
