The response to my review was copy and pasted from another review site, with out addressing the problem. The ownership doesn't take responsibility for their rudeness, and the way they treat people. It's clear in the other bad reviews how their customers get treated when they disagree with them. Their response also has to have some kind of negative dig at the customer. Good business' don't do that. Good people don't do that.

We visited many vendors before choosing Stone Masters. Today our quartz countertop was installed, and we are very pleased. Their methods of measuring and cutting resulting in perfectly fit pieces (4 for us). We interacted with many of the people at the company, including Karlene (sales), Ann Marie, (estimator), Lauren (scheduler), the guy that guided us through selection of cuts with views of the actual slabs, Brandon (templator), and the install team of Tim, Eric and Ryan.

All through the process we felt listened to and also got very good advice in the details. THANKS!

We recently had new granite countertops installed by Stone Masters as the final step of our kitchen remodel. They were very good to work with and came on time for both the measurement appointment and installation. They were very careful when delivering the countertops as we had our hardwood floors recently refinished. Alfredo, Jesus and Alejandro were very polite, did a great job installing the countertops to the specifications and explained everything to me when installation and signoff was required. The color and quality was exactly what we were expecting and it fit within our overall budget. Really finished off the kitchen! Thanks so much!

Everyone at Stone Masters was wonderful to work with! Nicole was very helpful with picking out my slab and explaining the entire process with me. Lots of communication, which is very important to me. Brandon Macauley came out to remove my old countertops and do the template and a week later Alfredo Jesus came out for the install. Both were very professional and nice to talk to. They both explained everything to me as they were working. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and did a wonderful job. My new quartz countertops are absolutely gorgeous!! I had checked a few other companies and I think by far I got the best deal at StoneMasters. Very happy!

Stonemasters answered our one star review. U would expect them to be defensive but they did not tell the exact truth. We NEVER said we would not pay. That was not the issue. The issue was the wrong tile was installed in n the first place. Yes they sent us samples with a darkening agent on it. The thing is they should have taken it out and installed the right one. However we did not want to be without a kitchen for the 3-4 days that would have taken. And since we decided to keep abd live with the wrong tile it would have been good customer service to give us a break on the Cust if inconvenience fir us and the wrong install by then. One nite thing. That computer based ""look at seaming"" before the install? Not necessary. Another way to squeeze money from u. Nice people. Good installers. Lousy customer service.

My wife and I were looking for a unique granite to compliment our family room project. Stone Masters has a fantastic selection of granite, soapstone, and quartz in both remnants and slabs. We were able to find a stunning Blue Flower Granite that looks amazing with the colors in our family room. Great customer service and an excellent selecti

Are my new granite counters gorgeous? Yes. Were they worth the stress, poor communication, and highly unprofessional treatment from the owners (Ashley and Ann Marie)? Nope.
Everything started out great! Ashley was very helpful and communicative in our search for new counters for our old farmhouse. We selected some we liked, and she even kept an eye out for a contrasting stone remnant from their ever-changing remnant section.
The problem occurred when Brandon (who was WONDERFUL) came out to digitally template for the new counters. The night before, my husband and I re-read our contract and asked ourselves, ""Gee, do we need to take off the old counters for templating?"" We'd renovated kitchens in other houses we'd owned, but we'd always replaced everything: cabinets AND countertops, and this was the first time we'd kept the existing cabinets but replaced the tops.
I thought, ""Surely Ashley would have told me, in all our communications, that we needed to remove the tops for templating."" In fact, I'd scheduled the templating appointment in person when paying my cash deposit. No one had mentioned this.
AND THE CONTRACT DIDN'T STATE IT.
When Brandon arrived, the first thing he said was, ""Um, are we removing the counters for you? That's an additional $500 charge."" He stood there in my kitchen and read the contract while I called Stonemasters. I was very polite, calm, and friendly when I told Ashley, one of the owners, that no where in the contract or in our conversations was I informed of the need to remove the counters prior to templating. And that I wasn't willing to spend another $500 for something my husband and I could have done very easily the night before. She IMMEDIATELY got hostile with me, interrupted me, and insisted she had to ""transfer you to customer service."" Customer service? The owner of the company has to push me off onto someone else rather than calmly deal with the issue?
Well, Customer Service turned out to be her mom, Ann Marie, who was equally hostile and defensive. She stated I had signed a ""prep form"" the first day my husband and I had visited the showroom. I had no copy of this form, and asked her to scan and email it to me (which she, of course, couldn't do as we didn't sign anything). She insisted the contract stated counters must be removed, to which I calmly asked her to tell me where on the contract this was printed as I had it in my hands. She said, ""We sent you a video to watch about installation. Do you deny watching it?"" Ummm... I watched your video, which had nice jazzy music and smiling people, but nowhere in the video is it stated, written, or acted out in interpretive dance that counters must be removed prior to templating. And, Ann Marie, even if it did, a video is not a contract.
At this point I was steamed. I was part of a three-generation family business for many years. Had I ever treated any of my customers the way she and her daughter treated me, our business would have folded long ago.
After Brandon left (oh, and to reschedule him would be another $150, which I refused to pay... I'd taken off work and skipped an important doctor's appointment for this!), I received a phone call from a very contrite, very chagrined Ann Marie who informed me that somehow Ashley had used an older version of the contract that DIDN'T HAVE THE CLAUSE ABOUT COUNTERTOP REMOVAL.
In the end, I was not charged any extra for countertop removal, but we paid in stress, aggravation, and annoyance.
HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. And all their workers shook their heads when I told them the story during installation and said it was no surprise. Apparently the owners treat lots of people like this.
There are lots of granite companies out there with similar pricing. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

From our first visit to Stone Masters we knew we were in good hands. From the front desk to the showroom to the slab warehouse, every single employee was interested in assisting us in any way. We had a dream and a budget. We were doing a complete kitchen gut as well as other major renovations at the same time in our house. The very personal service and advice provided to us by Stone Masters helped make our dreams come true and made our house into our HOME. They know their stone! Every question was answered with regard to type, source, care, and best fit. We fell in love with a slab of Quartzite and the process of choosing the right cabinetry, tile, and flooring could have been overwhelming, but the pride Stone Masters takes in their products and services made the whole experience a wonderful one. Stone Masters provided recommendations for designers and contractors as well as coupons for discounts at various appliance, tile, fixture retailers. The fact that so many quality outside vendors partner with Stone Masters is impressive. We chose from those recommendations and were not only pleased with them, we were able to stay in budget! The contract for our stone was very easy to understand and made us feel confident in our choice. The Digital Slab Layout was AMAZING. Our counter tops show the very best of color and grain from the slab. The template, fabrication, and install are top notch, there is not one millimeter off- even where the top meets an ancient exposed brick wall! I challenge anyone to find the seam. Thanks to everyone at Stone Masters for putting up with my random yet constant emails and phone calls. Thank you for helping make our dream come to life. We receive so many compliments and I am proud to tell people- GO TO STONE MASTERS!

I had my granite counter top installed from this place two years ago. My overall impression was bad. Another person mentioned in the review that they had experienced racism with this certain sales person and I experienced the same thing. My sales person sent me an email requesting for a good review, which was ridiculous. For the record, she will neither sufficiently nor respectfully answer any of your questions regarding the product, so I suggest that you do not even bother. Ultimately, I completely regret contacting the Stone Master and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!
