Stone Creek Plumbing Services
Company Overview
For nearly three decades, we have provided top-notch plumbing solutions to Oklahoma City and the Metro area. We cover Oklahoma City and its vicinity, reaching as far west as El Reno, east to Shawnee, south to Norman, and north to Guthrie, all without additional travel fees. Upon completing college in 1987, Greg succumbed to his passion for plumbing, just like his family before him. At just 19, Greg became one of the youngest individuals to successfully complete the BOCA Plumbing Contractor Exam in Oklahoma. After gaining experience in the family business in Tulsa, Greg chose to relocate to Oklahoma City to establish his own plumbing venture. Since September 1994, he has been integral to Oklahoma City's progress, solving plumbing dilemmas, nurturing relationships, and brightening the day for many.

Recommended Customer Reviews

Extremely poor customer service.
Slow to respond when an issue is reported with there workmanship.
Then instead of resolving the issue they walked away from the job
without refunding for work that was not completed properly without
refunding.
I will never use them again.

I wish I could leave zero stars. They came out, did the work, and it was great for a year. Now the valve is breaking yet again, the exact thing they ""fixed"" last time. They refuse to honor their own 2 year warranty, stating that we would have to pay for them to come out and fix what wasn't done right in the first place! We have spent thousands of dollars on plumbing through this company. And they won't come honor their own warranty on a shower valve. Ridiculous. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

They came out the next day to replace an outside water spigot. Took less than 10 minutes- efficient and they knew exactly what to do. They also re-cemented it so it wouldn't wobble and would help with weather proofing. Would recommend.

Had a toilet stopped up; also wanted them to look at low water pressure in bathroom. Was given a cost of $125; seemed high to me, but decided to go with it since I would get water pressure adjusted. They fixed the toilet very quickly, but then announced it would be additional charge for water pressure issues. I declined further service since it was an extra charge that shouldn't have been. Would not recommend this company; go somewhere with better pricing and more honest estimate.

The first time I called they showed up fast and were much cheaper than previous quotes for similar repairs. I've now used Stone Creek a couple of times and they are now my go to plumbing company. Its nice to have someone that is dependable and you can trust!

Used them on multiple occasions for rental property work. Last couple reviews were from 2013 and maybe they have changed their ways but I have no issue getting a hold of them. The company is very responsive and on the last 3 jobs I had they came out same-day or next-day. Prices seem pretty fair and work done is quality. Would recommend to anyone!

Best plumbers in town. They showed up on time and helped unclog my toilet before a surprise birthday party for my wife. They got it fixed before she arrived (it turns out one of my kids was flushing Barbie doll heads Dow the toilet). The plumbers were kind and clean. And in case you're wondering; the party was a success! We did have another clogged toilet, but that was because my brother ate too much cake! We broke it up with a plunger.

DO NOT use this company!! I called, they said they would send someone out and that person would call 30 mins prior to arriving. I open my garage to leave and there's a truck from Stone Creek Plumbing. Ok, no call. He comes in, discovers he needs more parts & has to go to the store. He came back and fixed the toilet. (Presenting problem: whistling noise after it's flushed. He discovered the filler valve needed replacing and the shutter valve needs to be replaced because it was leaking - it wasn't leaking before he arrived!)
When he left, I left. After coming back home, I noticed my toilet is making a spraying noise every 3 mins like clockwork. I called the company and left a voicemail. I called again at 8:30am, 9:00am and 9:30am. Finally at 9:30pm, Greg (the owner, a very rude individual) answered my call. He said he got my message and would send someone out ""sometime"" that day & slammed down the phone.
The tech called me, then came out, supposedly figured out the flapper needed to be readjusted (cut). He left. 20 minutes later the sound is back. I called the tech. He returned. Fixed it this again. Later that evening the flapper came off completely .. twice! At this point I'm like ""f*@# it!"" I will fix it myself now that I see what's happening."" I definitely got suckered on this one (the price) but never again.

I used them 3 times, it took me at least 5 times to get a phone call back, they did not show up at the time that they said they will and blaming they misunderstood me. If I calling them daily and they should return the call and that can prevent the wrong date found out two days later.

Do not waste your time. So frustrating to be contracted to Stone Creek Plumbing through home warranty and the owner never returns phone calls to home warranty via email or by phone. I finally contacted them directly and the owner says he will call me back and never calls. After waiting, I contacted my home warranty and told them my frustration with this company not contacting me to setup a time to fix my plumbing. The work order was put on Wednesday and it is now Monday and still have not heard from them. My home warranty followed up and the representative contacted them and behold he spoke to the owner and he said he was unable to do the work. If you can't fulfill commitments with home warranty claims than get off their list of contractors and do prospective customers a favor.
As a business owner you need to understand the importance of good customer service.
