This is the only plumbing company I will use from now on. Our shower drain had a leak that was bleeding through our garage ceiling--kinda freaky cause you never know how much water damage there will be. Reese was able to come out with only a few hours notice and get the entire drain replaced in about an hour. He even checked out the space between to make sure there was no additional water damage. The price for that kind of peace of mind...? Just under $200 for parts and labor.

These guys are honest, professional and affordable. Like I said, this will be the only plumbing company I call from now on.

JD had done 2 jobs for me previously at $150/hr and I called him to replace the water heater at my rental in Edmonds in mid July when I was on vacation. Got back to an invoice for $2871 - $1690 for a Bradford White Power Vent, $109 for an expansion tank kit and $820 for labor. He had one guy there for 1.5 hours to drain and remove and one guy there for 2 hours to install. I disputed the amount and he sent me his invoice showing he paid $1208 PLUS tax for the water heater from Consolidated - really? Since when do suppliers pay tax for resale products? He also said he has 7.4 hours in the job. Really? I asked for a $300 reduction - $100 less than a former plumber would have charged, $300 less than another. Took the invoice to McClendon's last night to confirm it's a ripoff and they said 'absolutely!'. He's taking me to court and I'll keep you posted. In the meantime, call someone else.

I had called JD early this morning even before they opened he answered I told him about my kitchen faucet leak and he said he would be over that same day (today). Kept in contact with me to give me an ETA and very prompt. He fixed the problem right away explained what happened and how to fix it myself if it happened again. I would recommend this company with any plumbing issue big or small.

A business associate recommended Stollwerck to clean out some roof drains on our commercial building. JD was a dream to work with and he did a thorough job for a great price. The building owner is very pleased with the work. He said to me ""Where did you find this guy? We need to add him to our vendor contact list."" Had a minor plumbing emergency today. Called a few other plumbers, but they were all to busy. Then I called Stollwerck, and within two hours the job was done. The technician, Reese, was polite, knowledgeable, and super efficient. Next time I need any plumbing done, Stollwerck will be the first company that I will call. Meant to write this last summer when it happened. We discovered a huge leak our side of the water main (sprinklers installed by a landscaper a few years before) on a Sunday afternoon. JD lives in the neighborhood though we hadn't met. My husband walked up and knocked on his door. He left his dinner table to come and look and diagnosed the problem. Suggested what to do to avoid a weekend rate, and was out bright and early Monday to fix the problem. Reasonable price for an excellent job.
