I have to share my experience with Stollwerck Plumbing. I live on Whidbey Island. I woke up to no water and water running from my property into Deer Lake. After shutting off the water line to the house I called 10 plumbers on Whidbey Island for help. All I got was an answering machine. I decided to try the mainland. Stollwerck Plumbing answered my call with a human being talking to me.

After sharing my dilemma, the owner quickly found his crew and dispatched them to the island with only one boat running. They repaired the problem...had water back in my house within a couple hours upon arrival.
they were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, humanistic, and caring.

It would have been several days at least without water for me.

I would recommend this company for any issues regarding water and sewage problems. They were awesome. Thank You Stollwerck family.

These guys show up when you have a problem and they hang with you until it's fixed. We've had them help when hot water heater rusted out and when pipe started leaking. They always do what they say they will do at a fair price

5 stars just aren't enough. JD and his employees, amazingly, were able to squeeze us in for a hot water tank installation. They took an old mess and made it up to code quickly. Thank you to Stollwerk Plumbing for the extra effort to make work correctly. Highly recommend!!!

Had a plugged bathroom sink we tried everything ourselves to clear (including a professional grade auger) and still had to call professionals but so many plumbing companies were above coming out for a clog!! Stollwerck came out the following day right at 8:00am, the 2 young guys were SUPER polite and friendly and fixed it in less than 10 mins. Simple as that
I was very impressed and happy with their service! And then they sent US a thank you card. A thoughtful and personable move
Will definitely call them for any plumbing issues in the future and highly recommend!!

Awesome local small business. We had a problem with a water supply and valve to our fridge. We submitted the request last night and Robert was out here at 8am sharp and had it all done in an hour. Everyone there is responsive and very nice! Highly highly recommend.

Another excellent service call. In the restaurant business, timing is everything! I walked in on Friday morning to a flooded basement, broken waterline! Always happens in a Friday! Called Christina at Stollwerck and she got team members over to the restaurant within a hour and got things fixed up and saved our Friday evening rush! Thanks

Very bad experience with this company. Owner decided to over charge us for a simple plumbing job the second time we had service at our home. He informed us his Plummer didn't charge us enough for the first visit, a completely different job, so he was making up the difference and considered this fair. This was not disclosed to us until after we paid the overblown bill and lodged a complaint for being unfairly over charged . This experience left us with an uncomfortable sense of deceptive practices and greed being carried out by owner of this company....buyer beware.

I recently had an outside faucet start leaking. I called Stollwerck Plumbing in Mukilteo. Two of their plumbers showed up on time, turned off my water, unscrewed the old handle and removed the faulty center stem. They went to their truck for a replacement part, installed it and turned the water back on. This project took less than a half hour. Had I purchased the part at a local plumbing store, it would run right around $50.00. Being a widow, I had no one to install it. I was given a bill for $389.00. After a 10% local discount and a senior discount, my bill still ended up at $386.86 with tax. I paid the bill. I decided to call Stollwercks and ask how their pricing was structured. I was told they do not charge hourly but by the job. Also that all their plumbers were highly qualified, insured and full background checks were done. They also told me their trucks are fully stocked with expensive inventory and the trucks are newer and expensive to maintain. So in conclusion, I was paying for their crew's wages, their company inventory and the maintenance of their fleet. Remember this was a half hour job, using a $50.00 part that I'm sure they get at cost. I can not give them a good review based on the pricing. Their service was performed as expected.

I recently used Stollwerck to fix a clogged tub drain and help assess the plumbing in my older home. The staff showed up on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed our issues. JD even stopped in to give me a run down of where all my plumbing goes. Another cool thing about Stollwerck is they will text you when they are on their way so you have a heads up! We will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.
