Recommended Customer Reviews

I wish I read these reviews before hiring Rob at Lobo Lawn to add a pressure reducer to my front yard drip station. The water pressure was 100 psi and irrigation tubes did burst very often. I found his name on NextDoor (I don't see recommendations oh him anymore now) He came by the end of August 2020 and recommended adding a pressure reducer to the system. Asked for a flat rate of 450/- which I agreed.
After digging the whole system out, he ""invented"" a valve problem and said that he would fix the valve too for a total of $815! Unfortunately, I had no option as there was a big hole in the front yard and the whole system was taken down to parts and pieces. So agreed and he added a pressure reducer and changed the valve with one year warranty. The total time he spent on this was 2:15 hours.
In a week's time the tubes were bursting again. Recently I called him for a water leak from the station/valve he changed. His one year warranty is still valid. When I called him, he answered after two days (I even forwarded him a copy of his receipt with 1-year warranty), came checked out and said it is not something he fixed and it was hard for him to recognize me! LOL
His receipt has my name and address and, I showed my drivers ID for name match. He still didn't think it was him who fixed it! He made me realize there are several @@@artists in this profession, I will not call this again. Very disrespectful and dishonest. Overcharged. Does not fix things. Misleading price quote and does not stick to his warranty. His name tells his intention-Avoid!

This place is a joke we had an appointment to have an estimate provided To repair my sprinkler system. Five minutes before the appointment time we decided to call and say that he wasn't gonna make it in wanted to provide me a phone estimate. Looking at the previous reviews what he does he provides phone estimates and then he goes back and change is the estimate for a much higher price . The business is truly a scam he's also very rude to deal with. Stay away from this business If you don't want to get aggravated.

I wish I had taken the time to do more research before hiring Rob at Lobo Lawn to service the house swamp cooler. The afternoon that he arrived at the house, it was windy. I agreed that he should not be on the roof. He asked for a $100 deposit that I paid. We contacted each other for about 2 weeks. When he finally came to do the work, he was at the house for about 30 minutes. He could not find my original bill, so I agreed to make a copy. The total bill was $162 for a job that was not complete. He took the canvas cover off the roof cooler and connected the hose to the unit. The unit had not been run for 5 plus years and I was expecting him to say parts were needed. I got the impression that he was only interested in the money. I have recently contacted my local handy man and he will make it right. I felt $150 for 30 minutes of work was very expensive. I learned my lesson and will do more research before hiring someone I don't know.

Do not use. He knowingly installed the wrong part on my water heater. And broke existing parts. Putter step slow. Very disrespectful.
