Karin T.Just got ripped off by these guys. I priced parts for the installation at 30$ at Lowe's. They charged me 90$ for parts. They charged me another 150$ for labor. Average cost of a plumber is 70$ to 120$. Yes they helped us out same day. But we could have used any number of plumbers in the area same day for a 80$ an hour fee. Would not recommend this shark.

Sharon T.Not very friendly service. I was not professionally quoted or made aware of their massive markup on costs. Usually the plumber will give the client the option to buy the parts directly. This guy marks up costs by 300%. The hourly rate is overpriced. Work was ok. Not very happy with the service. Would not recommend..
