Responded to me within 2 hours (at 5 am!) and made time that very morning to take a look at an urgent job to give a quote. Unfortunately, my super (who promised to follow up with us 6 days ago but never did and thud the need to reach out) intervened and checked in with my apartment building's management who apparently give them an earful. Several years ago, I had a serious problem with my kitchen sink. Nick fixed it. This year I had several small problems that, if solved, would make my life a lot better. So I called Stitch Coterie hoping they had survived the pandemic. Thank goodness they survived. Nick and Howard came in and fixed the plumbing and electrical issues with expertise and skill. It took a couple of visits but they didn't stop work until I was happy with the results. They left the premises very clean and carted out the debris. I am very happy. They are wonderful and I will use them again.
