I will never use this company again. This company lacks communication and lacks regard for urgent matters. They have drug their feet on services but when asked about it, constantly uses excuses such as ""we will look into it tomorrow"" or ""it is on the list to be taken care of tomorrow"". To date, the company has been paid in full for the service but has not completed the work. If not completed by the end of this week, a refund will be requested for the uncompleted work. Type of work to be completed is a pressure test on the gas line. Also, beware pricing. They will rake up the pricing once starting the job. They charge approximately $150 per hour. Don't let them give you a basic quote just to get in the door. Good luck if you choose to use this sorry company!

Even give you the basic courtesy of a phone call. Shittiest service ever. Do not use them. Only plus is that the customer service girls are great but they are a front for an otherwise shitty service
