My Hot water heater stopped working I called Joe and he came within the time frame that he said he would be here. He diagnosed the problem and told me who to call to order the new parts. I called him when the part came in, he came right over and replaced it for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I can't say enough about Stilwell Plumbing. We had to replace a bathroom faucet, a couple of shower heads, tub spout and re-piping our dishwasher from an air gap and a garbage disposal. I called quite a few plumbers and decided to hire Stilwell because of Yelp reviews and so glad that I did. He replaced things in our bathrooms very quickly. While he was replacing a faucet, he noticed that one part was used and advised us to go back to the store where we bought our faucet and address that. A few days after, I went back to the store with the evidence (picture) and saved some money. Thanks for his advise! :) Our dishwasher issue was something that the previous owner messed it up so bad that Stilwell had to redo the whole connections. He went above and beyond to make a part which otherwise had to special order and fixed our problem. We are very please how everything turned out. We even got a thank you card, which is an excellent customer service. I will definitely call Stilwell when we have any types of plumbing issues. Thank you, Stilwell!! :D

Our toilets in both bathrooms have been a problem flushing them for years. So I finally called Joe, because I saw his rave reviews on this site and when he came to our house, he walked in and said ""show me where your toilets are"" we did and he fixed them in 5 minutes..... Are you kidding me? No one has been able to do that, even 2 other plumbers and the builder of our home..... hello. The builder of our home couldn't even figure it out? In addition, he snaked our drain in the kitchen and he had to go about 50' to get the clog, because it was near the washing machine, but he found it and he got that done too, both in 30 minutes.

My hubby was so impressed he will use him for other property he owns and of course when we need anything again in our house. Thanks, Joe.

We called Stilwell after our homeowners insurance requested that we repair the water connection to our water heater. He came out and took a look at the connections, tightened it and said that there was nothing wrong with it. He was very honest and helpful with tips on what to do in the future if there were to be any problems. He also did not charge me for having to come out and diagnosing the issue that didn't exist.

I will definitely use them again in the future!

Took 1/2 day off work. Unpaid. No one showed. No one called. Haven't heard from them. Now I have to take another unpaid 1/2 day off work to get someone else out. Would give 0 stars but Yelp won't let me do that.
