Took 1/2 day off work. Unpaid. No one showed. No one called. Haven't heard from them. Now I have to take another unpaid 1/2 day off work to get someone else out. Would give 0 stars but Yelp won't let me do that.

The price was reasonable. He is honest, personable, and even explained what had happened and why so I could keep it from happening in the future.
