I called Joe Stilwell on a Tuesday and got an appointment from him for Thursday of that same week. I needed a new toilet put in, and I was in no rush. The entire experience, from getting an appointment to him giving me the prices and coming out to do the job was very smooth. What was more impressive is the speed and professionalism I saw in Joe completing the job. I was with him the entire time and it went by super fast. That's because he was quick! And he made it seem super easy. You can tell, when you see him work, that Joe has been doing this work a very long time and he's very good at what he does.
If you have ANY plumbing needs, give him a quick call before anything. See if he can come take care of it for you in his shiny new truck (he told me he just got that new truck and traded his old one in the day he came to replace my toilet). Ok, we'll, this last piece was not necessary :)
Needless to say, I'm impressed just from the first time I've met the guy. Highly recommend.

He could have taken advantage of us but was honest instead and gave me some excellent advice about another plumbing issue .. that ended up savings us a lot of money. I am so impressed with Joe and his integrity and professionalism. You just don't find this kind of person very often in todays small business world. I took his recommendation and contacted Delta, and the parts are the way and for free. Great job fixing my shower faucet. It just needed the cartridge replaced. He was very polite and efficient. It took just 2 days to get him to come do the job which was not a problem. His fee was lower than 2 other bids I received. I will definitely hire again.

I called regarding a leaking pipe out front. He quoted me $350. On the day of the job, he showed up on time and even had a smile. He explained everything and was very honest as to what needed to be replaced or repaired. He started the job... a short time later I went outside to ask how things were. He was having a hard time getting a pipe off.

When it came to paying the bill, he ONLY charged me $300.

He is very warm, kind, and very honest. I expected him to charge me double after seeing the issues and running into some problems. But he didn't.

Based on other reviews, I now understand what they meant when they said he is an honest man who wants to do good work.

I love the fact that his dad started the business 45 years ago. Give'em a call.
