My pipes were backing up into my house. I called so many plumbers each one wanting to charge 80+ just to come out to give me an estimate. All the places I called wouldn't even give me a chance to explain the issue I was having. Immediately when I called Joe he let me describe the problem and told me how much it would v Cost (wayyyy less than any other company) he came out the next day and fixed the problem. He charged me less than what he quoted me on the phone. He was so nice and welcoming. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

It is with great pleasure and appreciation to write this review on Stilwell Plumbing Residential Service & Repair. Great service can be hard to find especially during COVID-19 and Christmas time with help needed quickly. It has been years since we have experienced honesty and integrity by a company for home repairs / home improvement. Stilwell Plumbing was prompt, professional and provided high quality work. We were incredibly pleased with all aspects of our experience with Stilwell Plumbing. Joe repaired 2 of our sinks, installed new garbage disposal and all under an hour. Like most, times are hard regarding income/finances. Stilwell's prices were very reasonable and again, honest. From now on for any plumbing repairs and home improvement, we will be contacting Stilwell Plumbing. We just can't thank you enough Stilwell Plumbing!

Joe was so easy to work with. Replaced the water heater and repaired a toilet leak in less than 2 hours. I'm so thankful he made time for us even though he is very busy. Can't say enough for his integrity as well. Honest, expert and of course highly recommended. Thanks, Joe.

We called Joe to fix a hot water valve on our shower. He doesn't do the email quotes here. Tried texting first; he never responded. So tried calling talked to him. He showed up around the specified time. He fixed issue we were having, and said it was a simple fix, just a screw needed to be replaced. One of the issues we were having it fixed (the hot water doesn't cut out abruptly) but shower still drips (he'd said the dripping would stop when the valve was fixed). Also the hot water continues to drop pressure, though it doesn't cut out all the way as before. So it's better but not sure it's totally fixed. He's competetant I'm sure but he came at the end of the day and seemed in a hurry to get done. He was here maybe 10 minutes. Cost was $120. Hasn't called us back about the dripping.
