John Was in fact responsive but I would recommend asking about pricing up front. I had a part that was needed that we needed to search for and had to pay the hourly plumping rate of $225 an hour for 2 hours for him to call around to end up doing a 20 minute replacement. I agree his time is worth money, but not at that rate for making a few phone calls. Ended up paying $750 for a valve replacement.

We had an extremely small leak and John, even though busy, came right over to fix it! Very impressive in this day and age. These guys are conscientious and extremely skilled. It's really too bad that other businesses don't always follow this model.

It is clear that John's word and hand shake are his bond! He eagerly took on the ugly job of jack hammering up my +50 year old laundry floor and rerouted the laundry drain and water supplies, adding a new floor drain and a recommended check valve. The work was high quality and went as planned. Clearly John's 40 years of experience paid off. At the end of the job we found that the floor drain line was partially plugged around 12 feet under the floor and John promptly came out and fixed that as well, all covered under the original estimate. As John said "" I told you that I would fix your problem"". So if you are looking for a honest, prompt, trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber you should give Stillwater Plumbing a try.

I had the pleasure of having Stillwater Plumbing install a Rinnai tankless water heater in my home. They were very prompt for both the estimate and the actual install. They exceeded my expectations and we're very happy with our new water heater. John patiently went over all the ins-and-outs of having a tankless water heater with me so I feel confident with the new unit. They cleaned everything up after they were done and left my house as clean as it was before they started, definitely a nice touch. I will be working with them again in the future for my plumbing needs!
