I called Woody at 4:30 pm when water was leaking from my fire-sprinkler in my master bath. He came out immediately. Assessed the problem, inspected the water heater and found that was also leaking and causing damage and set about securing the problem right away. He returned the next morning and fixed the major leak in the attic and had to fix a leak in the copper piping in my water heater. He came back the next day to make sure after a full day the leaks were gone. He is thorough, speedy and incredibly knowledgeable. He also charged an affordable rate for honest, great work. This is the 2nd time we've used his service in two years and I'd use him again 100%!

Woody was great, came to replace our toilet and noticed more was wrong than we thought. He did not charge extra because it wasn't in his original quote. Cleaned everything up real nice. I had called Sunday to get quotes from 3 plumbers locally. Mr Stillman called Monday to schedule a visit that day. He called back after researching the water heaters manufacturer's info on the tank to tell me that he thought it might be a repair rather than a new tank. The other 2 plumbers after their visit quoted the cost of a new water heater, but no lesser repair was mentioned. Mr Stillman also checked to find the tank was still under warranty. He quoted me his labor and cost for the part so that the manufacturer would cover that party's cost when the invoice was sent to them. He stuck by the quote even though it took a little longer because he was explaining his repair as he went through the process. He cleaned up as he finished. The next day Mr Stillman called to make sure his repair was doing the job. That to me was the best experience I could imagine.

Woody was great! We got a walk-in tub and it wasn't filling all the way with hot water. The salesman had assured me my tank was big enough and I didn't know what to expect when Woody came out, but I was expecting he'd probably say I needed a new water heater. Nope, he was very honest and said that a part just needed to be changed, gave me a quote and set up a time to come repair it. On the day of the repair he showed up 5 minutes early, completely prepared with the part, got his tools out and did his plumber thing. When he was done, he cleaned everything up and charged me exactly what he quoted me. He was polite and pleasant. As an older person who knows nothing about plumbing, I could have easily been taken advantage of by someone just wanting to get more money out of me, but Woody was honest and now he has a customer for life! He even called me later that evening to see if I had used the new bathtub yet to make sure it worked properly for me! Now THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Woody Stillman is a cordial man whom I felt comfortable with.
He arrived promptly and was prepared even though he was just coming out to provide a quote...so I gave him the job.
He explained what he was going to do beforehand and what else he also needed to additionally do (added reinforcment to the mounting), while honoring the reasonable price he originally quoted! The work area was vey clean afterward...I'll be bringing him back to do some additional work.
The quality of the work was excellent and I highly recommend Woody.
