I called to have two fireplaces serviced. Spoke to Hanna. I was told was $79 each and would get the quote on what was needed. If I did work one of the 79 fees would waved. They come and want $79 plus another $179 to give me a quote. Will never call this company and will let my Real Estate company know who not to call.

We had a backup in our septic system. Couldn't run water or flush. First place I called was Stillwater Plumbing as they did an excellent job a couple years ago when our water pipes burst during the big freeze. Jeramie Kee from Stillwater Plumbing arrived on time, evaluated the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote and started to work. Within a couple hours he had everything fixed and working fine. He was friendly and gave me some helpful suggestions to avoid a repeat of the problem. Can't get any better than that....

I never post negative reviews, but I consider my responsibility to warn everyone, specifically our north Texas neighbors. I had an awful experience with this company, my complaint is not against their service people, but the way the company managed their business. They are awful!!. I provided my credit card information in person during service and over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. Still, today, I received a certified letter from an aggressive collection company asking for payment. No one from Still Waters called me to inform me there was an issue with my card numbers or cared to send me a note or leave me a message. The worse part is that they said they called and sent me several letters, that never happened and they think that is ok to lied to cover themselves. This is unprofessional and unacceptable!! Please do yourself a favor and run away from this company; their business practices are disgusting. I am so disappointed, I was hopeful that a local company could offer better customer service, but I was wrong. I wish I could give them less than one star.

Water backing up in our sink for several days, even after cleaning pipes and drains. I was able to book an appointment in less than 24 hours. Jeramie was on time, professional and courteous. Explained the procedure needed in detail. Still Waters also sends a text with the technician's picture prior to arrival.Happy with the service and we use again if needed.

Very responsive and even called to let us know Kyle would be a little late. Expert advice and what I appreciated most is that he wasn't here to sell me something I didn't need. Next time the issue is more serious I know who I will be calling. Thanks Still Waters Plumbing!!

We discovered our French Drain flowing water into street. Still Waters was able to come to house within a couple of hours after we called on Tuesday afternoon before Christmas which was the following Saturday to access our issues. They sent two young men the next morning who spent 5 or 6 hours digging to access the leaking pipe, which fortunately was Just the other side of our pier and beam foundation. These lads were up to their chests in muddy, cold water. I felt so sorry for them, but they just smiled and said they do this every day. When they finished, Kyle (wonderful Kyle) came with the materials needed to crawl through the tunnel to repair the leak. The next day, they sent more young men to fill in the tunnel and put our flowerbed in order. We were good to go on December 23rd. I can't thank these wonderful people enough for all they did for us just days before Christmas. My family came in town the next day and all was good again. I found Still Waters on Yelp and I'm so grateful. I don't usually write reviews, but felt this was the best way to thank this great company for what I believe was going above and beyond to provide excellent service during a difficult season. Sorry for being so wordy.

The team came to unclog the drains of one of the sink, spent literally less than 5 minutes at my house and charged me $449 for which I am shocked..

I will never recommend to use Stillwater plumbing.. I was never told the amount at the time of booking the appointment.. if I google it the average charges for unclogging the drain is $65 - $200..

Whatever response you provide.. as a customer I am telling you that neither you nor your people were transparent and you took benefit of our naive ness of not knowing the cost of getting this service done from you.

Even if any executive charges $449 for an hour they work for an hour and provide the value. Charging $449 for a 3 minutes job is bizarre to say the least.
