Plumbers installed tankless water heater for us 4 years ago, and installed it incorrectly. Caused a leak to form in condensate drain line which has since caused hardwood damage. Plumbing manager claimed that they didn't know drain water would corrode copper pipe, but in talking to other plumbers, SR plumber should have known and installed with plastic drain pipe. We only requested that they fix/replace drain pipe at their expense since it was initially installed incorrectly, but they would not do so and would not return my calls. We did not even ask them to fix the damage caused by the water. I do not recommend Stewart Richey.

I found Stewart Richey in my efforts to restore power to my home. The house had been vacant and without power for an extended period of time and BGMU required that the house be put on a generator and inspected by the city, prior to restoring service.

At the time, I was living out of state and had to manage this process over the phone and from a far. Not being there gave me concern, but when it was all done, I realized that calling Stewart Richey was absolutely the way to go. They managed everything in a very professional, helpful, and timely manner. The power got restored to the house and the cost for the work was very fair.

Since this job, I've called Stewart Richey several more times for help and each time, its been the exact same experience. I just could not be happier that I found these guys and I plan to use them moving forward for more work.
