We needed a professional to look at our shower and diagnose the problem of why it wasn't heating up as it should. After a month of putting it off (and lukewarm showers) we finally reached out for help. I am so glad we did! Stewart plumbing reached out right away and worked around my schedule to come and help fix our issue. They were so professional and so nice! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!
They were sent by my home warranty to take care of the water leak in my tub drain. They glued a gasket for the overflow and said this was the issue. When I asked the manager to test if the leak has stopped before he leaves, he refused and said I need to let it dry and call him the next day if there was still an issue. When I tested in the evening, nothing was fixed, running water for 10 seconds all the water was out under the tub!!!!! I called them the next day and he told me to go put another order in with home warranty for him to come in again for the exact same problem that was not fixed yet!!!!
I used my own plumber and turns out the overflow was not even connected to the main drain line and it was something he could clearly see if he had bothered to just touch below the tub where I already had provided access!!
They didn't know how to do their job, didn't even examine the issue correctly, didn't take responsibility for the job they didn't do, and last but not least his behavior was the most disrespectful I had ever experienced from a vendor.

Stay away from these guys as they do not take responsibility for poor work. I had a faucet replaced outside but because of the soldering they ruined the washer inside and the hose leaked 50 gallons overnight. I called Werks Plumbing and they came out promptly, repaired it and showed me why Steward botched the job. After all that they still would not refund my money.

We had an old hot water heater leaking in a second floor condo. We needed to have the new one moved from the hall closet to a closet on the balcony. This will prevent any water damage to the unit below us if there should be leaks.
It was a big job that also demanded a lot of the dry wall in the living room to be removed to add the extended plumbing.
Billy and his crew did a wonderful job in moving and hooking up the new water heater. Everything was repaired promptly, we have hot water and you would never know so much drywall had been replaced.
Excellent job and very professional! I will call them again if needed.

Would absolutely recommend Stewart plumbing. We were looking for a new plumber after we moved cities and I had seen Stewart Plumbing on an Instagram rec page. We took the chance and am happy we did! Our kitchen sink was backing up, over the weekend. I emailed Stewart plumbing Sunday morning and the sink was repaired by Monday morning. Bill was incredibly friendly, professional, communicative and overall just delightful throughout the process. Would absolutely call again!

Stewart Plumbing did an amazing job! We are new homeowners in the area and it was so refreshing to feel that we got the best possible service. Billy displayed true professionalism, expanded knowledge, and kindness. We required an emergency repair and due to his quick response, we were able to minimize the damage. We woke up yesterday, on a Saturday, to realize there was water under our floorboards in the kitchen and realized there was some sort of leak happening in one of the pipes. We were scrambling to find a solution and were feeling defeated when everyone we reached out to was booked for the weekend or wanted to upcharge us to come by on a Sunday. It was meant to be that others were unavailable because we we referred to Billy and what a true blessing him & his son were!

With less than 24 hour notice they said it was no problem to come by on a Sunday morning, let alone mother's day. Right off the bat the first impression was positive that they took their shoes off before entering the house, without even being asked. Big plus for us as we are a shoes off home (not all service professionals are as open to this). They arrived with positive energy and carried with them good vibes. They were completely COVID safety compliant with face masks and had their own floor mat to kneel on to complete the work.

They addressed the problem and quoted a very fair price, we are ballin on a budget this year and are extremely grateful for the price charged. Especially given the Sunday and holiday visit and that we are in Encinitas when they are based in Valley Center, we couldn't feel more grateful for their pricing. Not only was their pricing fair, they did their work with care and attention and we feel confident it is work that will last. They put their best into the project. They are a hard-working, honest, fair, genuine father-son duo that get the job done quickly, efficiently, securely and all with positive energy.

We will definitely reach out with any future plumbing needs and 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Our water main broke and we were referred to Billy by another plumber. He was extremely knowledgeable and hard working. We had him replace the entire line and put in copper and we feel secure knowing the new pipe will last a very long time. Billy handled all the permits and patched the concrete. We appreciate all the work he did.
