Called to clear blockage in sewer line. Came to house and worked on problem only in the guest bath. They asked for paper towels and cleanser for clean up (they said they were done). They did not check master bath sink or tub or toilet or kitchen sink. The bill was $89 service charge and $414 minus senior discount $655.10 = $351.90. After they left I looked in bathroom and the tub still had several inches of dirty water. They did not fix that blockage or clean it. The receipt from them for services was a lie. Five days later same problem. Called but was told NO WARRANTY. Only after did I receive documentation stating no warranty or guarantee. Expensive lesson for me but I was desperate. Not as many choices for a manufactured home. DON'T CALL STEVE!

Their plumbers work on commission. In my case, instead of doing a very simple repair and charging me appropriately, they made up things they had to do so they could charge me more. Then when the plumber messed something up, they sent out a different plumber to fix the issue. Instead of simply fixing the issue, they attempted to bill me for additional things the ""had"" to do. Stay away from this company! Find a plumbing company that pays they're plumbers an honest wage, not on commission.

DAY 2 - Steve's water work's (SWW)
STILL NO CALL BACK!

Back story:
-12/6/22 Sewer/main plumbing line backs up in our basement.

-12/7 4:30pm Appt made with SWW. 4:40pm Receive call from SWW saying tech had a family emergency and won't be servicing us.

-12/8 9:00am Appt made with SWW.
Tech comes out, works about 35 mins. $259.00 payment to SWW. (Our college-age son misses classes to meet with tech, so we don't have to miss a days pay of work because tech had an emergency.)

-12/11 2:00pm sewer/main line backs up in basement again.

-12/12 4:00-6:00pm Appt made with SWW to come back and reclean drain.
SWW NEVER SHOWS / NEVER CALLS.

-12/13 8:00am I called SWW to find out what happened. Spoke with Aaron, he'll let owner, Steve, know about situation and ask Steve to call me.
8:23pm NO CALL FROM Steve's water work's!

SWW owes us $259.00!

Do your homework and ask questions on any service company you chose. I have been looking for a reliable company/person for 2 years now. They are the 3rd company I truly want to stick with. The other two, one no longer around and the other stop servicing my area do to Covid-19.

I was referred to call Steve's Waterworks plumbing for a drain clean. I have used their services twice now. The service man (Stephen) was very professional as well as knowledgeable about drain cleaning. He performed both clean outs and did a great thorough job of it. I know I have found my new plumber to call on when things need done.

Steve's Water Works installed a new water heater in my house today. Guys were friendly and professional and I was happy they were able to work me into their schedule one day after I called. While removing my old heater some dirty/rusty water did leak onto my carpet but it was minimal and they apologized. Be aware if paying by credit card there is an additional fee. When asked about all the forms of payment they except this fee was not disclosed but, it was waived which I was happy about. All in all a pleasant experience and I would probably use them again in the future.

I read so many great reviews, I didnt have the same. : (

Positive: Got me on schedule for a problem that couldnt wait long. Got 2 decent size repairs done in 1.5 hrs. Seemed friendly.

Negative:
* LATE 2.5 hrs, I dont mind, as jobs delay but at least call me! I had to chk if I was still ON.

* SCRATCH: Taking old item out, they made a 5 foot scratch on my wall. I wouldnt make note of a small scratch, as crap happens. But, when u hear something scratching on the wall, u dont keep going for 5 ft. (I saw after it happened or I would have shouted STOP!)

* LIED. I was quoted a price at beginning of job and at end, they added $25 to it. No reason and HQ said that the price shown on invoice is what they charge, so thats that. Never mind that wasnt what I was told by plumber. Good thing it was only $25, or I would have been super upset.

For my part, I wasnt eager to confront them on any of these issues being alone in the house w 2 men. I did tell HQ and was ignored. Sweet.

Very happy with the service. When I called an appointment was promptly set up, they texted a confirmation, texted to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. Shane was very knowledgeable, friendly, took the time to explain what was required and took time for additional questions. Shane & Justin did a great job. Cleaned up after job and showed what was done. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Seriously. Call these guys. Not only do they answer the phone, but they showed up when they said and fixed the issue the first time. Excellent work. 10/10 would recommend.

Steve is awesome! He's rescued me multiple times with major water emergencies. He and his employees are professional and arrive when promised. Great communication from start to finish. You get what he promises. He deals with hiccups with a great attitude and manages to keep stressed homeowners as calm as possible.

Steve replaced the faucets and valves in my bathtub/shower. They were the original installed in 1962 and he was able to find the replacement parts needed. His work was fast and he cleaned up afterwards. Wil callhim again.
