No showed, then did not return phone call. I can put up with a lot. We all have to be flexible, but going no-contact with customers is not acceptable.

Called and talked to Steve. Explained what I needed looked at. Said he would be in the area on Thursday. Never called back or showed up.

Called again week and a half later. Left a voicemail. He never called back.

I mean, if you don't want to do the job fine - just say so. Ghosting is for loosers.

Our house is approximately 30 years old. We had a toilet that was about 30 years old as well. We needed to have it replaced. I started looking into plumbers that could help us. I contacted to larger companies, I had them set up for an initial visit to assess the situation, both were by the hour, they would buy the correct toilet after looking at what we have, so hourly with a marked up toilet(would take two appointments). While driving a few days ago, I heard Steve's commercial on 99.1 radio. I called Steve, he answered right away. He had a set price for replacing a toilet and would supply the toilet with either little or no mark up. We scheduled a time for him to come and replace our toilet(just one visit to do the job per the price discussed on the phone). He made this an easy process where the larger companies were very good customer service wise but the process was cumbersome (I cancelled both initial appointments). Steve was terrific to deal with, he said he'd call the day before the scheduled appointment, sure enough, he called as he said he would. He came yesterday and finished the job, he is friendly, professional, and is certainly capable. Knowing that Steve can handle any plumbing needs that may come up, he'll be the first one we call whether it be for our water heater, our garbage disposal or anything else. I am certainty happy I heard his commercial on KKFT. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone who may have a plumbing project.
