We had a drain ""emergency' and I called Steve. He got right back to me and scheduled me first thing. My issue was complex and involved getting into the septic system, then working backwards from a downstairs fixture. Steve figured out the problem, resolved it and left me with a ""road map"" of what we may need to do in the future. He then made sure all our drains were operating as expected. Steve recently came over to my house, on recommendation from my plumber, Julian aka The Pipe Doctor. What I thought was going to be something simple, like a lint-clogged basement basin sink, turned out to be much more complicated. Steve diagnosed the problem as essentially a broken house-to-sewer mainline. After repeated attempts to clear the problem, it became obvious to him that we needed to get the MDC (municipal water authority) involved. He arranged all of the contacts with the MDC, and worked with their Inspector. Because of Steve's expert diagnosis, my drainage problem was handled and paid for by the MDC. Steve was out at my property for over 6 hours and presented me with a very reasonable bill for his time and services (wholly-separate from all the work the MDC performed the following day...which would've easily been a five figure bill). Steve is an upstanding, honest, and very friendly professional who I will absolutely call back should I face any issues in the future requiring pipe location and/or clearing. You can feel confident in his expertise and his honesty. Thank you sir!

I had a kitchen sink drain clog and a ton of standing water which was preventing me from doing dishes or using the sink at all. After exhausting a few basic troubleshooting steps to unclog the drain, I gave up and called Steve's Sewer and Drain service based on another contractor's recommendation on Yelp. After speaking with their receptionist who took down my info, I was contacted by Steve directly within 45 minutes. I was able to explain the issue, get a very reasonable quote, and schedule a same day appointment in a matter of minutes.

Steve promptly showed up an hour after I called him and was able to make a quick assessment before bringing in any equipment. After about an hour, he resolved a 50 foot drain clog and graciously addressed some pipe leakage under my sink. I honesty couldn't have asked for a more professional and efficient business to fix my drain at such an extremely affordable price. I'd easily recommend them to anyone in need!
