Steve was the answer to our prayers this am when we suddenly didn't have water. He was here by 10 am and we have water! Less than $200 and our water pressure is even better than before. I highly recommend Steve's Pump and Well Service.

When our well stopped working before Memorial Day weekend, we were worried. The person who had drilled the well and did the installation was unwilling to service it so we called Steve. He called us back from his campsite in the mountains, gave us a few tips to troubleshoot our problem and warned us that he wouldn't be able to come for a few days as he had a full backlog already. He came four days later and predicted that we had a broken wire in the well and informed us that the original wiring was inadequate. This was Thursday and he came on the following Saturday equipped with new wire and a rig that is fully loaded but compact enough to be able to maneuver to and access our well head without us having to improve the road. In the space of a few hours he had pulled the 240 feet of pipe, found the broken wire at about 120 feet and replaced the wiring. Steve is the ultimate professional. It was amazing to watch him work - no motion was wasted. He is so safety conscious and would answer all my questions as he worked without missing a step. The price is charged us to do all this was very reasonable and he is now our man if ever we have a problem again.

I just bought a house with a well and know nothing about wells. I had some questions and concerns and called Steve to ask about rates for an inspection. He gave me a lot of great info about self-servicing my well and made no attempt at all to sell me any services, stating instead that everything I wanted done would be easy to do myself, and he didn't feel it would be necessary for me to pay anyone for help unless I really wanted to.

I got the impression that Steve is a really stand-up, honest guy and I've saved his number for when I need professional help with my well in the future. This is the kind of person I think everyone wants to do business with.

Steve is fast friendly and knowledgeable!

I called Steve at 7 am on a Saturday. And had water back the same day!
He trouble shot my no water situation very methodically!
First working from power source components then eventually to the pump it self.
Steve asked if I wanted to pull the pump , he believed by the readings his meter was showing the pump or wiring was the problem.
We started pulling the pump at 11 am , 200 ' down we found a broken wire.
By 4 pm I had water and pressure like never before !

First time I've had a well and didn't know much about them at all...except that mine wasn't working! Steve was very helpful, prices were fair and I felt I could trust him. I will definately be using him again (although hopefully not for a long time!)
