Contacted Steve after my floor drain in the basement laundry room was backing up - and a simple liquid plumber wasn't helping!
Steve came out promptly the very next morning & fixed the issue. And, because the job didn't require the effort we thought it might during the phone consult, he didn't charge me the full quote we had agreed upon. Thanks for the quick response, great service & your integrity is a fine bonus!!
got right to work and fixed the problem in the laundry drain!! Really knew what he was doing.
Joe S.Steve is the best in the business! I made the mistake of calling the big name company, and paid the price (literally). Then I found Steve; saved money and I'm confident things are done right when he leaves. Never going to use anyone else
I had a toilet that was slow and often incompletely emptied. Steve arrived promptly and said it was $90 to snake the toilet. He got started while I wrote out the check. As I handed him the check, he was finishing up and said I was all set. Except it was not. The toilet was as slow as ever when I tested the flush.
When I pointed this out to him he said he had no idea what the problem was and walked out. Subsequently I talked to another plumber who told me to check the siphon jet. Sure enough, it was blocked by scale and I was able to correct the problem by pouring in a gallon of vinegar and letting it set overnight. Toilet flushes like new, no thanks to Steve.
I called him and explained my dissatisfaction, and he was dismissive as ever.
So on the one hand, he snaked the toilet and did the work I paid him for. However, it did no good, and he offered no advice or suggestion. Even when I explained another plumber offered a solution, and it worked, he did not care.
I expect more from the professionals I hire.
Steve was great, super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him, he responded really quickly, and it was a fair price.
Miranda S.We have used Steve several times since buying our home. He is punctual every time and gets the job done without issue. His pricing is fair and he is a super nice guy! We will continue to use his service and recommend him.
2-2014. IT has been a very difficult winter....garage full of mud puddles that we can not deal with due to weather. We can't clean sidewalks correctly either. He arrived and refused to take shoes off then attempted to pull tool/cart through garage and had to go thru mud puddle. (shoes and cart) Then he had to go down carpeted stairs thru carpeted family room. Cart did have flimsy plastic on wheels but scenario made that almost worthless and h e did not try to explain how that was going to help. He was rude and arrogant. ""what... do you want me to violate OSHA and not have shoes in dealing with sewar water."" It was only the laundry drain that was barely backing up and was gray water. Shoes are fine but figure out a way to do it that respects people's property. We told him to leave!
Tom A.Steve did a wonderful job cleaning our floor drain. The response time was great (less than 24 hrs), the price was appropriate, and his professionalism was top notch. Look no further!
