We needed a new water heater and a oddball at that (propane power vent). We call every plumber around us and checked prices and reviews. They had the water heater we wanted (we scoured the internet to find the right one) when Home Depot was a 2+ week wait just to get one in) and was able to install in in a couple days. It was not the easiest install but Rich did a incredible job and went the extra mile to save space in a small laundry room and hauled everything away. He even corrected mistakes made by the original plumbers because "" I want it to be right"" at no extra cost. That was a nice touch.

There are only 2 negatives I can say is they could have done a better job of clean up after the job. Considering the extra work done for free, that isn't a big problem.

Communication was really lacking. As a worry wart I like quicker communication but stick with them and they will do a good job.

Called Steve's to have someone come to our house to check out a plumbing leak. They told me that they didn't know the schedule for the day & would have someone call me back. A week later, no one has called me back. Steve just lost a customer.
