I have to agree the other review.
We had hired him to remodel and do some plumbing work to 2 bathrooms. I paid him half upfront which I didn't find unreasonable. He would show up when ever he felt like it, not when he said he would be here, and work for an hour, maybe a bit longer. Sometimes he didn't show up at all and I would have to call to find out what was going on. He always had an excuse, his wife had surgery, had to take the kids to school, had to pick the kids up from school, got called out for an emergency job, etc. I finally asked what it took to make our job more of a priority and he said he was sick. Two weeks later he came when I was not home and removed the vanity in the main bathroom and laid out some of the tile. Just laid it there. The he came on a saturday morning and put the new vanity on top of the tile that was not even secured in place. He damaged the top of the brand new, just out of the box vanity and said he would fix it. Of course that hasn't been fixed either. He said the hot water was leaking so he did not hook that up but would fix it on Monday. He has never shown back up. At one point he asked for more money and call me dumb, I gave it to him. We currently have 2 bathrooms in various stages of disrepair. The upstairs bathroom has no water at all to the sink or tub. The downstairs bathroom has no hot water to the sink and nothing else even done, floor, shower, plumbing... I asked and he agreed to give back $2000 of the $5200 I had given him. Then it was one excuse after another until we just quit hearing from him. He claims he put a money order in the mail. Of course it never showed up. Then he said he went back to the bank to get it stopped and he would venmo the money to me. as of this day we have never recieved the money and heard nothing more from him. He basically just took our money. I only hope that he needed it more than we did because now we have to save again to get all his crap unfinished work done by someone else and hopefully not get screwed over again. I am in the process of speaking with an attorney to get our money back.

Dishonest, lazy, and unreliable.He took advantage of us as expecting parents on a single income. He butchered the tile job we hired him for and took his money and ran.
We paid him to replace old cast iron, tile a shower, and run some new drains for a toilet and sinks. He was always late with excuses, which I overlooked. He had to come back multiple times to redo the new plumbing he installed because it was leaking everywhere. That I forgave. Even if it took weeks for him to do.

Then when it came time to tile the shower, he half assed it. No spacers, terrible caulking, whole tiles missing grout, the whole floor of the shower is coming apart. We've been trying to get him to come back for weeks because he ""guarantees his work"". He waited for me to be gone to work (I travel for work) when he told me it was done. We paid him and he took his money and ran. I come home and see this shit job.
