While away on vacation I developed plumbing issues with my upstairs bathroom. Driving into my neighborhood I saw a Steve's 5star plumbing van. I spoke with the tech(will remain anonymous), very personable young man. I asked if he could come to my home next. He told me I would have to contact his dispatch and then he gave me a card. I thanked him went home called Steve's explain to the young lady who answered the phone that I just saw one of their vehicles in my neighborhood and I would like to know if he could come to my home next. She put me on hold. I believe she called the technician. She came back online and said that I will be the next customer sent me an email confirmation took my address and I had a 3 to 6 PM appointment. At 6 o'clock I haven't heard from anybody. The vehicle was not in my neighborhood anymore so I called the dispatch to see if we were still good for today. At 6 PM when I spoke to an agent and he took my number and told me my name and said dispatch would call me with a ETA. So at 7pm I called Steve's back and got a different agent. Now mind you when you call there a recording stating that this call is being recorded for ""training"" purposes. When that agent picked up he couldn't find my appointment with my name, my number my address or my email. After I read off the confirmation email to him he then asked me if I was calling the place and told me I was calling Steve's 5star(no star) should be the name. Needless to say, out of my frustration I told him never mind and I would call another company. I hope they listen to the recoding and train everyone accordingly. Customer service has been lost on Steve's. Including a picture of the business card so there no confusion on whom I'm speaking of. Covered the techs name, he was not at fault.

Called Saturday morning at 9:00 because of a water leak in the garage. I was told someone would be out betwe'en 10-12. A few minutes later I get a text confirming the appointment. Long story short, 12:00 came and went with no contact or arrival. I called back and they confirmed my appointment and didn't understand why someone didn't show up. They said they would look into it. 30 minutes later I got a call back from another person telling me that they didn't have any plumbers scheduled for Saturday and they could get someone out on Monday. No apology, in fact was told by the girl it was her day off and she had to call me back. Told her I didn't need them. Why would I? Called another company who responded quickly and solved my problem. Steves is NOT a company I will ever use or recommend in the future. Beware!

Hi everyone please be careful with this plumbing company Steve's five star plumbing, for they are not honest, they are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and definitely untrusting. If you go on my page to my pictures you will clearly see a picture with a text message from Kevin trying to bribe me to remove the yelp reviews he said he would zelle me money and write up Nick but like Steve the owner does not take responsibility with attempts to conceal the truth by paying me off... But that didn't work..


It's unfortunate that the owner, Steve, prefers to deny the allegations rather than face the truth and take responsibility for his employees' actions. Instead of addressing the issue, He is denying it on Yelp, but then behind closed doors, he had someone from management contact me with an attempt to bribe me into removing my reviews. I have evidence to support my claims, as the proof is clearly visible. There is a picture on my post with a text message from Steve's five Star plumbing trying to bribe me..... This is about how I was Disrespected in my home and their unprofessionalism. Unfortunately your not able to see the whole video on this app but Steve viewed the whole video because I sent it to him and he still refuses to accept responsibility but this only shows Steve's character, Thank you for letting us know who you really are steve...

Dear Steve,
Thank you for your message. I would like to remind you that it's essential for all parties involved to treat tenants with respect and professionalism. It is not acceptable for any employee / vendor to become to involved in tenant-landlord disputes, and we expect your team to adhere to this principle.

We have been living in our rental for nearly 12 years, and there have been no disputes with maintenance personnel in the past. The current situation has only arisen due to the inappropriate behavior of the landlord, having the hots for my significant other
which has affected our experience. It's important that your team collaborates with tenants and their circumstances. For example, the notice for the work performed was too short, especially considering my knee injury, which made it difficult for me to move our belongings. You have to keep in mind that tenant also have legal rights and it is unheard of a plumber coming to someone's residence and giving a 24-hour notice with attitude and disrespect

Moreover, the actions of your workers regarding restroom use were unprofessional and unacceptable. And just for your records I did approach the workers with my concerns of the use of my restroom and both of them apologized for doing so,
I would not have had a problem if asked for what I didn't understand was that I was told that it was off limits for me but then your workers were allowed to use my restroom. if you still have doubts Steve I can show you the videos as well because I also have cameras in the restroom, your works were not aware of that when using my restroom without consent. We would expect that your team should come prepared with their own facilities. I hope you can address these issues moving forward to ensure a better experience for your future customers!

Additionally, I understand your line of work is plumbing and not restoration, but it is your full responsibility and obligation to inform the landlords about any mold or rot you encounter.

Also I appreciate your mention of completing everything with permits, but I have concerns regarding the thoroughness of the inspection. A minute and a half inside the home, without moving the washer and dryer, does not seem sufficient to properly assess the extent of the work done. The pictures clearly indicate significant rot, I also have the video of the one min in a half inspection

Also, it's unfortunate that the owner steve What is clearly shows on video and actionspeak? Louder than words. Steve had Kevin call me to bribe me and pay me and sell me some money.
