Once again Steve's 5 star cooling service has another happy customer. My a/c stopped working, blowing nothing. I had friends who said they could fix it however I needed the professionals to do the job, this way I know it will be done right. Steven came out this morning, discovered what the problem was, showed me pictures and fixed it. Although it was more than I wanted to pay sometimes you just have to get the job done!!!!!

The Free quote was very thorough. Bryan, the tech, went over everything in great detail. He provided a quote on site and installed our water heater the next day. He confirmed my suspicions on what I thought was wrong and the new water heater fixed both issues. He did not try and upsell me on a tankless which I was expecting anyone in his situation to do. Sales people like that are always trustworthy. He was extremely nice and had a fantastic attitude. The day of the install I was at work and my wife was home with our4 month old. We had just gotten the baby to sleep when Bryan arrived. We kindly asked that he worked as quietly as possible cause every time standard install noises happened, the dog went off barking. I work in construction, I know how loud things need to get. Bryan went above and beyond to accommodate our sleeping baby. I also did not have time to move heavy items out of the way for him cause I was not expecting him to have an opening the day he ended up coming . He gently and effectively became a mover and cleared a path. Put everything back at the end of the day. It was like he was never here, with the exception of the new water heater and leaving the area cleaner than when he found it. Bryan had sound and space obstacles with our install and he graciously went about his job with the highest care and attention. Solid work is hard to find. Solid work with an even better attitude is damn near impossible. I can't recommend him enough. Give this man a raise.

Anthony L, the technician said the A.O. Smith water was Energy Star certified as we requested and asked repeatedly many times before, during and after the installation for gas bill concern. By viewing the company's 4-Year Extension Warranty card provided after the installation we paid $500 extra for on top of the total labor and material charge. We caught the installation date on the card was backdated One year from the date of the installation by the company that presented we got one year less on the warranty. The manager and the company then refused to response to our many emails questioning about the truth about water heater unit issue and the company's backdated issue. We contacted the manufacturer, the manufacturer confirmed the water heater was Not Energy Star certified. They are dishonest, unethical, cannot be trusted.

Christian, Andy, Rich, and Fernando came and replaced a heater and AC that we've had for 21 years. Their amiable attitudes and courteousness made this an incredibly pleasant and smooth experience. When they arrived, they immediately got started and were incredibly diligent with their work, all with upbeat and friendly attitudes.
