Recently had Steve's install a new system in our house with an old broken heater and no AC. From the quick estimate appointment and coming in low bid of many, to the install date sooner then we expected (winter time) and great knowledgeable install team that overcame any obstacle that was put in front of them. It was a great experience. Truly 5 star as in their name. I can not find anything I would complain about if I tried. I highly recommend them for any job. Even after install I needed some adjustments and they are here right away when needed. Great family owned company doing it right.

John Zabatta is the epitome of customer service. I was having major issues with my heating in this cold climate. As a native born Californian, I am not acclimated to cold weather; this extreme wind and 50 degree weather has been difficult for me to handle. John came and not only immediately handled each and every HVAC issue I was living with, he did so with a smile on his face and happily answered each and every question I had. Not only am I equipped to handle this winter, I know my air conditioning will be set to go for the 100+ degree California summer that will inevitably ensue. Thank you John Zabatta.

I got a price estimate from 3 licensed and bonded company's. I unfortunately had to go the risky route of no warrantee and not licensed and bonded due to funds. But this company was by far the best price estimate I received from all three. Steve is one of the nicest contractors that will ever walk in your door. He was knowledgeable, honest and I can tell he didn't have one bad bone in his body. If you plan on going for a company that is licensed and bonded I definitely recommend calling them. Great people and still the greatest price for any warranty behind it. If I had the funds this company by far would've been my choice.

I went through five different AC repair services and was charged plenty of money that did not fix the problem but only masked the issue. I thought I was going to need a new Condenser and was so frustrated with the companies that did not know what they were doing. I was about ready to throw in the towel but luckily I came across Steve's and can tell you it was the best decision I have ever made for my AC. I scheduled an appt and was lucky to have Omar come to the rescue. He knew exactly what was wrong by troubleshooting the issue with a detailed approach and did not leave until I had an efficient AC flowing. I highly recommend calling Steve's before anyone else, you won't regret it.

Had a positive experience with Steve's service. After calling to request service I was informed that a tech would call me back. Within 5 minutes Martin was able to communicate with me regarding my plumbing problem. Was courteous and informed me of the price after he arrived. Turned out to be a tub faucet that needed replacing. Lucky me as he had one in his truck and finished the job within ten minutes. Will use Steve's service for future plumbing problems.

Here we go again. It's 100+ degrees outside and bam! The a/c starts screeching. Called all around and finally got an appointment with Steve's Service. Omar came to our rescue today and while he wasn't wearing a cape, he was our hero. Very professional, really clear communication, and got that repair done. I'm super happy about my experience and thank you to Omar for his great work.

10/04/18 update: now our rental unit's air conditioner takes a dump so we call on Steve's to bail us out. To the rescue comes Rodney. He was right on time, professional, communicated clearly and most of all got that unit back on line in very short order and at a reasonable price. Many thanks again Steve's service!

Our A/C went out over the weekend and John came out to service it on a Sunday. He was prompt and very helpful. He was able to fix our A/C within the hour. Great service!
