I have used Steve's for air/ heating before .. today I needed plumbing service. Called and got appt for next day. They alleged me when serviceman would arrive. Raymond was very nice and very neat in his repair. I really appreciate how professional and the area was spotless after working on my toilets. Good service, insane markup on materials. Ac broke over the weekend had these guys come out the technician Steve was super friendly. Got assessed $139 fee for the Sunday service, which I understood, the freon and sealant were $500 a pop each. The same sealant is on Amazon right now for $78, so to charge $500 for it is insane. My AC was broken so I needed help, but the markup on items like that is insane, especially if I'm already paying $139 to have the tech come out.

My ac was not shutting off. So I found out that Steve's was a carrier approved service provider. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately and Henrique Durand was my service technician. When he came today, he knew exactly what was wrong and he fixed it immediately and I'm quite pleased with the work that they did.

We had HVAC regular maintenance done in the house we bought 3 years ago. We found out there was years of dust and dirt buildup that was coming thru our vents and leaving it's mark throughout the house--gross! The tech, Christian, did an awesome job of cleaning the fan and associated parts, and bringing our unit back to life. We were impressed with his professional behavior and knowledge!

Enrique serviced our cooling system, and made some adjustments to our indoor vents for us. I rate Enrique with 5 stars! He was personable and professional, and friendly and patient as we made various adjustments to our heating/air conditioning vents until we were happy with them. We are always happy with Steve's. We have an older home, so we have them out with some frequency. They know the house, and we are always happy with their service.

Back in August 2022 we had a full HVAC system installed Carrier AC Unit and Heating by Steve's Five Star Service. The guys came out early and carefully installed both units. They were very professional and careful throughout the installation process. We were in touch with the office and Steve personally made sure we were happy with the installation and completely satisfied. That's a great business owner that cares about his customers. We recently called Steve's Five Star Service and they sent out service technician Enrique D. for our annual tune-up. Enrique was fantastic. He checked the entire HVAC system and made the necessary adjustments and inspected all parts to make sure everything was running smoothly. We're now ready for the hot Summer ahead of us. We are so appreciative of Enrique for his outstanding work and professionalism. Thanks again to Steve's Five Star Service for their excellent customer service.

When are here an air conditioning system failed we researched 4 different AC companies and had got quotes for the replacement of the complete system.
Blake ( salesmen)inspected our system and explained the different options we could choose from to replacement it. Rich and Noel ( installers) were very courteous and did a very professional job. They clealned up afterthemselves both day.. Every thing was completed to our satisfaction and within the time frame promised.
