Did a good job when he was out here the first time, friendly, etc., but then I had some more work for him and called him 4 times and he's never returned my calls. Weird.

The 5-star rating is totally deserved. I called Steve at around 8am this morning for a drain clearing (roots between my house and the sewer main). He came slightly earlier than he committed to (called first, as promised), and finished the job quickly and with a great attitude. And, the price was more than fair. My only complaint is that he only does service - no new work or remodels, because he is exactly the kind of guy you'd want to work with on a remodel. 100% recommended for any servicing needs

We used Steve once before about a year ago so when we had a recent plumbing issue, I reached out to Steve to handle this. When he didn't return my call after 3 days, I called him again and spoke to him. He asked if I would text my address to him and he would call me within a few days when he can be there. I immediately texted him and after 2 weeks passing by called him and left him a message about my disappointment about his complete lack of attention. Of course, once again he never called back. This is extremely disappointing.

I lost pressure to my kitchen faucet and called Steve. He asked me a few questions on the phone and led me through a some steps to trouble-shoot it. They worked and I didn't need him to come out. How great is that service?

Steve's Plumbing didn't just get us out of a jam, he bent over backwards for us and even rearranged his schedule!
We could not have asked for a nicer more accommodating professional. He fixed our emergency with lightening speed and took care of two other minor problems we had.

We've never appreciated sinks that drain so much in our lives.

While at my brothers house, I was looking for someone quick and efficient to take care of a backed up toilet and Steve was the guy. Honest, hard working, and personable, all at a fair price, doesn't get much better then that. If I could give him more then 5 stars, I would!
