Had a backed up main drain in our eichler. Another company came out earlier in the day and wasn't able to complete the job because they didn't feel confident in getting past the roots without using a hydro jet which would have cost $1k. Steve came and cleared out within an hour with a snake. He ran the line about 5 times to get through the mass of roots, 80ft to the city sewer line. Bonus: found out my wife has been flushing wipes down the drain, showed her the evidence and corrected that. The clear out will last a few years (hope) before the roots take hold again. will call Steve again if we need another clearing.
