Steve installed a new water heater for me. He was quick to reply and even quicker to schedule a day for the installation. I was extremely thrilled with his work and the details he shared with me before he left. I would 100% use Steve for any of my plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

I'm getting the feeling he is no longer in business. Steve used to do all our plumbing work, and was extremely reliable until recently.

After a phone conversation, he asked us to text him our address. No response after that. A couple months went buy, called him a couple more times and sent text messages but got no response whatsoever.

Nice guy, but we also had a problem where he completely dropped the ball more than once. After one visit, and one message on our phone, Steve has completely gone incognito, apparently not interested in our business. My phone call has not been returned. He seems busy, so maybe would benefit from hiring someone to manage his schedule as a way to make sure his business doesn't suffer from horrible customer service.

Steve is AWESOME! I called him and he was at my condo within less than an hour with a clear plan to get the job done. It took a great deal of ingenuity on his part because he had to figure out how to turn the water off to the condo. He did such an EXCELLENT job that he'll be coming back later in the week to install a new water heater. Wish I could give 100 stars. BRAVO!

My disposal started leaking so I was desperate to find someone quickly. I called Steve and he picked up right away. He came in the next morning and quickly replaced the disposal, took a look at a few other plumbing issues in our house and everything was done! I couldn't believe how quickly and easily this whole process was. Steve was very efficient, returned my texts and phone calls, was very professional and kind. I will definitely be calling Steve for any future plumbing issues.

Steve went AWOL on me leaving me without a shower in the guest bathroom. Completely unprofessional Three weeks ago, I made an appointment and he came to my home to assess the leak. He took apart the faucet and handles and removed the on/off mechanism. It was unusual and not obvious what brand for replacement. He then departed and went to General Plumbing to try to find a match. Came back and told me they would not match it, so he'd depart and send photos to all the plumbing distributors he works with for a match. Said he'd get back to me in a week. Three weeks later and after 7 phone calls, I have yet to hear from him. It is amazing to me how this happened given his past reputation and stellar reviews. So, now I have company coming this week without a shower working in the guest bathroom. Not a happy camper!!!

I called Steve based on the very positive reviews here and I want to add to them. I called and left a message for Steve and he called back as promptly as he could. I explained the situation and he was here the very next day. He made an adjustment that, truthfully, most people would have probably known to try before calling a plumber. But not me. :-\ He also explained things as he was checking out the problem. He was here no more than 15 minutes and I assumed I owed him something. But he said, ""No charge."" I let him know that next time I need a plumber he'll be the first person I call!

I called Steve based on everyone's review and I will have to agree with the rest he was professional, accommodating and fairly priced. I was thankful he was able to come so quickly because being with out a kitchen sink for more than 2 days is rough!
