Run, do not walk, away from this company. Zero stars is more appropriate! I have worked with them for 3 years now, even had a maintenance contract and I'm talking about high-dollar expenditures (like a tankless water heater, new toilet, etc.) I would say 75% of the time I've had to call them back because their work wasn't completed or failed. And each time, it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond. When they did respond, it wasn't their fault (until they saw the work and then agreed it was). In fact, without any exaggeration, they have NEVER returned my calls. I have had to call them back or send an email to ask them to respond. Their definition of customer service is the customer is there to serve them! The final straw was when a toilet that I bought from them and they installed had an issue 3 days after the warranty expired and they wouldn't honor it. This was during their yearly inspection that I delayed because I was out of town. I had a faucet installed that I had to buy because I could get the faucet $300 cheaper than they wanted to sell me. The exact same faucet!

I am VERY disappointed with their service. My home warranty service sent my work order to them after the big freeze we had in February. The when I heard back from them, the best they could do is schedule an appointment a week out. When our appointment date came we waited all morning for them to arrive and got a call that they ""were a technician short today and help wouldn't be available until the afternoon.""

I received a call a about 4:00pm saying that they were busy and needed to reschedule another week and a half out! I ask what was wrong with tomorrow and was told they were ""busy."" I asked them to reschedule someone else out as our new floors were buckling and delays would only cause further damage. They refused to help.., in fact, the lady I was speaking with hung up on me. I called back and a different lady answered and I told her that that the lady I was speaking with prior to her had hung up on me. She suggested that maybe I had been ""a little short with her"" to which I explained I was only trying to describe the severity of my problem.

This company, from my personal experience, is sadly a total joke and very unprofessional. Thousands of dollars of new flooring going down the drain because they can't schedule their work properly. They were not helpful at all and VERY RUDE!

I'm filing a complaint against them with my home warranty company.

Extremely overpriced!!!

Charged $295 for a $30 outdoor faucet and the simple replacement that took 30 min to complete there cost $500.

This should not have cost half this.

If I could give zero stars I would. These men showed up with no face masks at a time when we are in a pandemic. I wear a face mask and so did my renter. Their bid was so high, it was More than twice what the other two plumbers gave me. Stay away from these people they are a rip off. The woman in the office named Rose is incredibly rude. I. Addition they charged me $69 just to give mean estimate. TOTAL RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I do not recommend this company. They do not guarantee their work. They do faulty work. Their technicians don't know what they're doing.
I had work done on my water heater which technician installed a check valve backwards. The technician was late arriving at my house 2 hours late with no phone call. I'm giving this company 1 star simply because they exist. That's it.
I would not call this company for any type of service work. They don't know what they're doing and their office staff is rude. If you want good customer service and work you can count on; call another plumber.

If you want to pay $559.71 for a garbage disposal and then call them to complain about the cost and ask someone to call you back, but they don't, then be sure to call Steve's Plumbing.

Update, after referring me to HVAC man to stop water from draining from the installation of the water heater which they (Steve's) had done, I did as directed. I called an HVAC man. He arrived and said the apparatus was improperly installed by Steve's repairman and referred me back to Steve's. I had no confidence and asked my son, neither a plumber or HVAC guy but handy with a wrench. He fixed it for me. So after more than a week of water draining onto my carpeted floor my son fixed it.

I called them with a issue I was having as I was moving into my new house. Within 30 minutes they were there and came and fixed my issue. The tech was very knowledgeable and kind. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone.
