I have used Supreme in the past for plumbing, boiler repairs, and running a gas line for a new dryer. However, our recent service to install and convert us from a conventional tank type water heater to the tankless one we had already purchased has been a disaster. Within 5-6 hours of leaving our home the first floor had filled with natural gas leaking from our basement. We had been upstairs, with bedroom doors closed, and didn't realized what was happening on the first floor. I had to call the 'after hours' answering service TWICE before getting a return call. By that time I'd given up, and called Vectren Gas Company. Upon arriving (within 10 minutes of our call at 11 pm on a Friday) Vectren quickly determined that the leak was from the flex pipe that Supreme had connected to the unit's shut off valve. He also noted on his paperwork he gave to us, that it was not installed to code as there should have been a 'T and a drip pipe' installed between the flex line and the shut off valve. Ultimately Vectren was forced to Red tag, shut off, and even place a lock our gas main outside the house. Vectren then had to be called back again on Saturday, to inspect Supreme's repair, before turning our gas back on. Thank God we were home, and I went to the bathroom and smelled the gas upstairs, otherwise my home and entire family may not be still be here today.

To and insult to injury upon receiving our bill today (which was not even itemized as to what was parts and what was labor) we were surprised to see that the cost was nearly TWICE as much to install, $1395 as what we had paid for the unit itself ($699 for an Electrolux brand from Menards). It also didn't appear as though the 20% discount for our Gold Service Plan that we have with Supreme had been credited. Upon calling Wes to question the bill, we were told that although the Gold A/C and Furnace Maintenance Contract we purchased last year does states that it includes a 20% discount off parts and labor on 'plumbing services' that does NOT include 'new plumbing' used for installations. Only work done on 'existing plumbing' which we felt was very misleading. Bottom line, find someone else to work on your gas lines!

Same problem...... had them come look at our boiler system for our heat, mother board was bad and 2 relays. had to order parts then when they come to fix it. they had to run out to van 20+ time for a tool (smoke breaks), an hour lunch, broke a thermostat wire, had to run a new one. said they had to re-wire it all cause it was wired wrong. just got the bill .............1800$ in labor and that doesn't include the parts. invoice does not show how many hours nor hourly rate. I am willing to be reasonable however there is no way its 1800 in labor. will be finding someone else for the air conditioning.

I am greatly disappointed in the way my 85 year old mother was treated by Supreme Heating and Air Conditioning. My mother said the technician that actually did the work was very polite and professional. However, she was shocked to receive a bill for well over $600. A call to the office resulted in a conversation with a very rude man. My mother was so intimidated by his rudeness that she let me know about it (which is unusual). I drove over 900 miles to speak with the man who told me he was the owner. I was shocked by his arrogance and rudeness. Being a rental property owner and manager for nearly 30 years I have worked with a lot of companies. I have only worked with one other company that had a person with as bad of customer service skills. He refused to give me a breakdown of the charges. He said a computer program did that and he did not have to give me the information. I asked a few questions and was amazed at how easy he lied to me 3 times in less than 10 minutes. I told him that I was accustomed to a company giving a customer like my mother an estimate of the work to be done and that his company should have gotten her consent that she agreed to pay that much for the service. He just told me that it was not required and it did not make any difference. It is hard for me to believe this company is still in business.

Don't use this company they charge too much for labor and mark up parts and equipment prices, as you see where the money goes not back into the company, look at there vans when they pull up to your home, watch your concrete driveways, but the bosses have nice trucks, stop by there office and see

I used them twice. They did good work, but they never had the right parts. These were not major projects and they knew what I needed ahead of time. Since the worker didn't have the right parts, he called in to have the parts delivered. He smoked cigarettes and ran up my hourly labor costs while he waited. The first time I was forgiving. The second time, it started to seem like a trend. So, I found a new plumbing and heating company.
