Steve's plumbing and air condition. YES Steve's plumbing does home HVAC work. Let me start first by thanking Mike. We noticed our Central ac system was dripping water from our attic at around 5pm he made it within an hour. Mike drove down from town when he was off the clock and in the middle of dinner while there was traffic to Ewa Beach. He diagnosed that our drain was clogged. Instead of up selling us with unnecessary repairs he informed us that our system was very old (still using R12 refrigerant). With no pressure we decided to upgrade. We met with Bazzi and he too was excellent we had informed him that we plan on selling in a few years. He really listened to us and did not try to sell us the most expensive system just the one that was right for our home. A week later Mike was back with Darrion for the Install. I applaud these two guys. They really hustled and got the job done within the day (6-7 hours) In the sun and heat of Ewa Beach and cleaned up after themselves. These guys make you feel like you knew them for years. Thank you Mike, Bezzi, and Darrion for the awesome service. Real professionals and embodied the Aloha spirit. I called this company to check one of my showers because the water was only partially coming out of tge shower head and I wanted to get it fixed. THEY made the appointment for a Sunday but never mentioned there would be an emergency charge because it was on the weekend ? The guy came and gave me a $275 estimate . I told him that seemed really high for the job so I declined and he left. On Monday the office called and said I had a bill for $125 for the weekend call and the estimate ? I told the lady I was never informed of a charge for an estimate and it was never mentioned there would be an emergency fee ? I refused to pay but be aware of these issues.

We had a major sewer pipe issue, and it had to be repaired ASAP. Steve's Plumbing was very quick in response, and fix the problem fast. Dispatcher always answers my calls, and the communication with technician was very transparent. Very professional.

Our water heater started leaking and they came next day. Shon was great at checking what we needed and explaining different options for replacing water heater. Landry was terrific. Very diligent and did excellent work. He took the extra time to get things done right. He worked till 8pm to make sure the water heater was working before cleaning up. Definitely recommend them.

Never again will I use Steve's Plumbing. They never came when they were supposed to come. I had to call to find up what was up. Said they couldn't make it, that they would be at my residence the next day at 7:30 a.m. Well 7:30 came and went so made the phone call. Said the technician would be there shortly. Well shortly was at 8:45 a.m. The tech. came, did a good job, nice guy, and then he gave a bill for $822.00. That was for installing a water heater, that I had purchased, that took one hour to install. Outrageously over priced, so much so, that Steve's Plumbing priced themselves out of the market. Beware!!!! They quoted me $800 to remove and install a garbage disposal. Lost the $40 dispatch fee, but wasn't about to get ripped off. Found another plumber who did the entire job for $280! I would not recommend this company.

Paid over $700 to have our main line snaked out and was told the work was guaranteed for 90 days. Well one week later raw sewage is pouring out the shower drain and Steve's response is ""it's after hours we will have to charge you a $150 dispatch fee to send someone now"". They want to charge me to send someone to fix the repair they already charged me for a week ago. Ridiculous when they found a way to miraculously waive the dispatch fee the first time I called. Customer service repeating ""I understand how you feel"" but doing nothing to help except say ""it's company policy to charge a dispatch fee"" was absolutely useless and just made matters worse. Shady af. Do not recommend.

This review is for the owner Mr. Steve Hoffman. I hope Mr. Hoffman gets this review because I can't trust his managers (Crystal and Courtney Montgomery) to get this back to him. The Montgomery sisters failed to call me back when I called on 3 separate days (and left messages with operator) to call me back. I wanted to make a complaint about poor service rendered and to make modifications to my original performance survey. These 2 managers only responded after I cancelled my credit card payment. This is a big tip to customers who are dissatisfied with service and unable to reach the managers; just make a credit card dispute for full refund. The ""one star"" is for quick response to request for new service, but little did I know it's because Steve's plumbing is eager to cheat you. The worst person I encountered was the quote agent (Shon Bolos), who is a big crook and liar. Make sure you ask for someone else if you get him. He will charge you $2400 to change a new toilet. A new hot water tank cost is $4600. If you have lots of money to waste, then by all means ask for Shon Bolos. The plumber (Aaron Fernandez) is very irresponsible. When he drained my plugged-up bathroom sink, Aaron broke the sink stopper and took it from my property without my knowledge. Then he refused to come back to replace it when I called him. Instead he asked me to ""have your daughter call me if you really want me to come back"". Then I couldn't use my bathroom sink for several days because there's a gaping hole that anything can fall through and plug it up again. He also stained my marble floor and broke my clothes rack without telling me. Mr. Steve Hoffman, I hope you do some major personnel evaluations for the above mentioned staff.

Nearing midnight, my hot water faucet wouldn't turn off. I was fortunate to find Steve's Plumbing online and with patience and politeness of a saint, the dispatcher, sent Maka to be our knight in shining armor. He quickly figured out what the issue was and in no time we were able to breathe a sigh of relief. Professional employees made a stressful situation much more tolerable.
