The plumber called Jeremy came and all day long I had to put up with his high school behaviors. Three owners were there, he was super rude to me and another older owner, and played smart alek with a young female owner against two of us. He did not show me the findings report at the end, he did not do a walk through at the end, when I got there the pipes were already covered with black garbage bag, and when I finally read the invoice over email at home and found the findings report, it is completely inaccurate, he missed to even take pictures of my unit and to mention where it is wet in there. I called the dispatcher to complain and they told me that a manager will call me in 24 to 48 hrs and that their plumber is supposed to have shown me. But he did not. He had a little ipad thing and just quickly rolled through it and I NEVER saw the findings part of the report. I guess he knew that he was cheating?

Very unhappy to find out bill was over $500 just to pull toilet and change wax seal! What made it worse was the plumber (Zach) found an opportunity to take advantage by up selling wife telling her the tank to bowl gaskets were hard and may leak so he could replace them for an additional $270.00!, then he proceeded to a change perfectly good flush valve..?.... After taxes bill came to over $800.00. Downright criminal....Cmon I am willing to pay for good service but these guys are just as bad as crooked mechanics when they have the chance. Do not recommend but if you have no choice make sure there is someone there to keep these guys in check.

I was ripped off! They charged me $50 just to send a guy, then when their ""technician "" arrived he said he didn't know how to install a basic plumbing hardware. He took pictures and said a specialist would call me but I never got a call. I could've paid a child $50 and have them tell me they couldn't do it.

Steve plumbing call in one working week day. Repair Service was done the next day, Brayden help fix the water leak in couple hours. No one complain of any leak yet. Except he left in a hire. No clean up. The 2 shower tub was dirty. The price to fix was average going rate in Oahu. Recommended plumbing co. Is clean up already Thanks for responding

Issue: Leak noted and recommended install ball valve on water supply line of water heater. Day 1: Scheduled date and time for worker to come, 10a-1p. Did not receive a call until after 3p saying they were running late. Later called they were stuck in traffic. Arrived 5:45p. Assessed the problem, gave estimate and, scheduled to do the work needed the next day, 3p-5p. Day2: Again, it was after 5p, and no communication regarding when worker would be at our home, so we called at 5:30p to get status of arrival to our home. Follow-up call from office received at 6:30p. At that time the office personnel wanted to reschedule to the next day (day 3), 11a-1p. Day 3: Same person who assessed the problem and gave the estimate arrived at 12:45p. Ball valve was placed, however, with manipulation of the metal line, there was now a leak on the metal line before the ball valve. We were told to place a container beneath the leak and then said, ""I can come back and fix the leak"". There is no respect for customer's and no pride in work accomplished. We now have a problem that was not there before. As there is very poor communication to let the customer know if there is a delay, unreliable, and no trust that the work will be done satisfactorily, we chose to no longer conduct further business with this company. The next day, we called plumber who changed the metal pipe so ""we don't have to place a container under the leak"". Question: Same problems of poor communication and lack of respect for customer's time are noted on Yelp and scripted answers by the company. Does anyone really track and trend the issues raised by customers and note if changes/education of processes are needed?

Very professional and friendly service. Robert even fixed the door on the under sink cabinet. I have used Steve's Plumbing on several projects and they have always come through.

Just got my toilet changed because it was told to us that we no longer could use that certain toilet. The person who came to fix it couldn't change the ring for the toilet and brought over a small oval toilet that doesn't fit in the former space. Now we have have to cover up the gaps. Furthermore, the watervalve in the tank is so big, that it doesn't fill the tank and can't flush the toilet, when it does fill it, the water keeps running and we are constantly opening and closing the top of the toilet...for the payment of almost $2000, because he also changed the bottom of the sink with PVC p-traps and faucet, our faucet takes a long time to drain...WTF....what is the purpose of having to pay for someone to come in and screw this up more while paying for it...the job took over 4 hrs because I got.home after 530pm, he did t have all his tools and equipment. I'm disappointed in this company.

Hector was on time, polite and worked on our plumbing issue until he resolved it. It wasn't as straight forward as it initially looked. His experience clicked in and now our kitchen drain is working better that it has fir some time.

Rob Keys did a fantastic job for us today, replacing outdated and leaky fixtures and plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom in our older condo building. He will be our requested plumber from now on. Rob is very knowledgeable, thorough, careful, and he thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what he was doing. I recommend Rob and Steve's Plumbing very, very highly. I am delighted to know who to call now for dependability and excellent work.

Long story short: Was told that someone would come out between 8:30 and 10:30am on a Monday morning. Got a call at 9:45am saying that that time would be pushed back to between 12:00-4:00pm. Called around 2:45pm to double check, they told me someone would come. Called again at 4:15pm said was told that the technician was still working on another job and could not come until the following morning. Wasted an entire day waiting for these people.
