Leaking shower faucet was difficult to find parts for due to age. Maka with Steve's Plumbing found the right part and installed it in a tidy, timely manner, and it works great! I would highly recommend Steve's Plumbing!

We hired Steve's Plumbing to fix a leak between our water meter and shut off valve in early February. They replaced 4 to 5 feet of PVC pipe with copper pipes and replaced our shut off valve. Everyone at Steve's Plumbing was always very nice and professional. The reason for the 1 star: - They are very expensive. Maybe 4 to 5 times the price of another plumber. - The section of copper pipe that they installed began leaking 2 months after the work was done. - They don't have a warranty or guarantee their very expensive work. - I ended up having to hire another company to come in and fix their work.

We detected a leak coming through the ceiling and called for a plumber right away. Steve's Plumbing was the first to respond and they let us know we'd be contacted within the hour. Two hours later we received a call and was told to expect someone shortly. Levi arrived and assessed the situation, recommending a leak test be done. Three holes in the ceiling and $729 later, Brendan was able to identify the source of our leak, and recommended we replace a section of the pipe. The pipe replacement was done quickly and we also opted for additional preventative maintenance be done throughout the house. Brendan was very professional and provided insight into what we should keep an eye on. I would provide additional stars, but didn't care for the fact that they ask an additional fee to warranty their work. I'm not sure if this is an industry standard, so take that with a grain of salt.

They quoted me more to hook up my bathroom than the cost to plumb my brand new house just a few years prior. And everything was stubbed and ready to go. Told me I needed a 3"" vent when i already three 2"" vents. Would not let me discuss with supervisor. Huge waste of time and $50 for estimate. Now every time i see their truck i cringe! Found another plumber for a fraction of their estimate and hooked up to existing vents no problem.

No one showed up, no one called us. Wasted half the day sitting at home and waiting. Thumbs down.

The sewer main plugs early this morning. Good thing my wife caught it before anything overflowed. I knew the main was plugged as everything was backed up. My 50' snake was too short to reach the plugged area in the line. The water hose didn't break the plug. From 3:30 to 6:30 I worked on the plug with no avail. Finally I broke down and called Steve's Plumbing. Pleat The plumber came at 8:00 and was left at 8:45. All he had to do was to electronically snake the plug till it broke loose. Then he bore scoped the plugged area of the pipe to ensure it was all clear. I flushed the pipe , and all is good. Don't ask about the bill.

Although reputable and customer friendly, we found their pricing really high. $1100 to installed a waterline for an ice maker. Our new refrigerator cost that much!.

They charged me over $400 for a pipe check and wanted a ridiculous amount of money to clean out and repair the pipe. I had the pipe replaced by another plumber for less than a third of what Steve's would have cost.

Tevita Manu my technician did a wonderful job. He listened to my problems and got the job done. He was very knowledgeable, caring, and very professional. I am very happy with the results and the work was done to perfection.

Had plumbing work done on my shower and , although the person they sent did the best he could, shower was still leaking after he left. Evidently, he was sent because someone called in sick and this poor guy had to cover all appointments for the day. The company is humbug for doing that to one of their workers, but what really ticked me off was they charged $500 for crap work. Called another plumber, thank god I didn't stay with Steve's plumbing because they quoted me $2000 for a tear job that wasn't necessary. As it turned out, it was a simple fix with a new valve replacement and at a much more reasonable price.
